The law prohibiting teachers of teaching their faith, clearly violates the constitution.

The ACLU, liberal judges and school administrators have, for years, mis-interpreted the constitution.
The ACLU and liberal judges continues to mis-read the 1st which states "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"

CONGRESS shall make no LAW respecting the establishment of religion nor PROHIBIT the free exercise of it.
When school administrators prohibit school kids from partaking in a religious prayer or activity at school, they are violating the 1st.
The constitution does NOT say Government (aka those who work for the government) shall not partake in the exercise of religion. Clearly states Congress to make no LAW.
Pretty damn simple, people.
Once again, the left turn a non-constitutional issue in to an issue.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07899335615984185508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7705675907060089073.post-17880819676270475592010-10-20T20:47:27.885-04:002010-10-20T20:47:27.885-04:00Founding father Ben Franklin said "Giving up ...Founding father Ben Franklin said "Giving up Freedoms For security you would wind up with neither!

Abe Lincoln said " a house divided cannot stand"!

This regime is peddling both and that concerns many citizens. The seperation is there is to be no federal sanctioned religion. They were plenty clear on their intentions. Only the left get confused with it. They want religions off of government because the Bible and most religions are against what the Progressives are for. That is why you see it that way Joe. You are hardwired to see it that way.Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12905362327313044045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7705675907060089073.post-11581374574965072412010-10-20T14:18:16.095-04:002010-10-20T14:18:16.095-04:00but me i prefer to follow our founding fathers on ...but me i prefer to follow our founding fathers on this and refer directly to one Jame Madison and his feelings on the matter.

"The civil Government, though bereft of everything like an associated hierarchy, possesses the requisite stability, and performs its functions with complete success, whilst the number, the industry, and the morality of the priesthood, and the devotion of the people, have been manifestly increased by the total separation of the church from the State" (Letter to Robert Walsh, Mar. 2, 1819).

But like most right wingers you oppose our founding fathers vision for our country.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7705675907060089073.post-11582385113959928412010-10-20T14:11:43.151-04:002010-10-20T14:11:43.151-04:00it wasn't obvious to me.
