I think his behavior is despicable, and I would like to know if you condone such behavior? Do you condone the violent, loud and disruptive counter-protesters at the peaceful TEA Party gatherings? I tell you, I don't appreciate being labeled a racist for going to a gathering that is merely promoting limited government and lower taxes. Apparently you believe in just the opposite; big government and increased taxes? And how is the TEA Party Express racist, when they have a black man and a Hispanic man as two of their lead entertainers, and there were many minorities (not just blacks) at the Clinton Township gathering?
I think you should denounce the inflammatory rhetoric, name-calling and slurs being perpetrated by the left. If you don't, your silence will be deafening and will merely confirm my suspicions, that you approve of agitators like Bruce Fealk and their methods.

Peters needs to be given an attachment to the emails of all the sick things Bruce did in his past. Driving a man to suicide is just over the top Bruce. Chris, you need to ask your lawyer friend if a case can be pursued against Bruce for writing these things. In fact, it's not just this email, he has accused Brian Pannebecker of the same thing, there is written proof on Brian's blog.

5. Andrea is checking on Tuesday, Jan. 19 – whether City Council meeting is affected by it being a furlough day for non-union workers. She will let Jerry know if we need to reschedule the protest. Moratorium NOW had a successful “Devastation Tour of Detroit” to show the international media what the banks and corporations have done. (What THEY did? What, like create the auto industry in Detroit, only to have socialist policies chase it away!??! LOL)
6. Discussion of Haiti earthquake. Haiti already was devastated by poverty caused by imperialist exploitation and debt to IMF. US Troops on the way to add to UN forces – but their role is to “maintain law and order.” This is what the cops and troops did in New Orleans – shooting down starving people and keeping them from taking needed water and food from stores. Abayomi is working on a press release that outlines the long term problems of Haiti and their relation to imperialism and regime change (ousting of Pres. Aristide).
7. Discussion of March 4, 2010 national day of protest over education cuts. No word yet of any Michigan schools picking up on this. (Also, I presume, no word on where funding for schools would come from, LOL)

After hearing about Peters’ votes in favor of the healthcare bill, Cap and Trade, and the Obama Stimulus Package, Welday leads Peters, 44%-40%. The survey shows Peters is very vulnerable to defeat in his campaign for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2010.
The results come from a telephone poll of 300 likely voters conducted by Mitchell Research & Communications, Inc. March 31st – April 1st and April 5th – 6th, 2010. It is the first poll conducted in the district.
Mitchell is one of the better pollsters in the state.
I'd like to see the head to head polls between Rocky Raczkowski and Peters, and Gene Goodman and Peters as well for a comparison. Those wern't released. That tells me that I think this could be a "triple whammy" like what Harry Reid faces so far in Nevada. Losing against everybody.
While I support Rocky Raczkowski in this race, this poll is very encouraging for the general election. Paul Welday would do a much better job in Congress than the yesman Gary Peters.

I don't know what Peters was thinking, voting against his constituents who are traditionally conservative, and merely sat home last November because they hated Joe K's bailouts and there was not much discernible difference between McCain and Obama. My name is Bruce Fealk. I'm a political activist and blogger. I wanted to clue you all into something I need some help with in the Michigan blogosphere.
I had a political blog at the Oakland Press, a local newspaper. I was the left blogger and a guy named Brian Pannebecker was the righty blogger.
Everything was going pretty well and it was reasonably civil, until Brian started recruiting teabaggers at local teabag rallies. Then things turned really nasty and it got harder for the papers overseers to keep things under control ... A couple days later the paper shut down both political blogs.
Well, the story doesn't end there. One of Brian's commenters has started a new blog, www.brucefealkblows.blogspot.com
Brian Pannebecker started a new blog bpannebecker.blogspot.com which also attacks me on a regular basis (YEAH, RIGHT! LMAO)
A third blog http://bonsaifromtheright.blogspot.com another former commenter at Brian's blog has taken up the cause of coming after me.
So, I'm looking for any legal advice on taking this on through a defamation suit or any other advice on how to handle this situation. Thanks.

ReplyDeleteJust got back from the Tea Party in Royal Oak... it appears that Bruce has been replaced. Peters has hired a new guy who said his name was Paul, and 'Paul' spent the entire 2 hour Tea Party filming Rocky Raczkowski (his likely opponent in the upcoming election). He didn't talk to anyone, he just hovered for 2 hours, video-taping everyone that Rocky talked to from a distance of about 4 feet.

For the record, I'm putting in a lawsuit today to sue Mr. Fealk for libel. Mr. Fealk can expect to be served a subpoena in the near future (possibly this afternoon).
Further I am seeking a protective order against Mr. Fealk. I'm also suggesting, though select channels, that Congressman Peters also seek a restraining order against Mr. Fealk.
As a final effort, I've been in personal contact with the local news media to let them know the formal expulsion of Mr. Fealk from our official movement.
