Remember when the progressive left complained non-stop about warrantless wiretaps and the Patriot Act? It seems they no longer fear government overreaches because the same people who were screaming are now cheering on the new TSA procedures. One possible reason? The TSA recently won the right to unionize, and the AFL-CIO is running to the defense of TSA agents who are getting lots of heat. Was this a ploy by the unions?
So you going to put any evidence out? anything? Even something circumstantial?
ReplyDeleteSomething other than baseless allegations?
Chris,
ReplyDeleteI never trust any union but answer your question;
"Was this a ploy by the unions"? with a question; If it was, to what possible gain?
If by chance you would say to increase their numbers, I would say with less people flying that is not a valid answer.
This whole deal with the TSA is about control over people and payback to the same. I believe a writer in the American Thinker summed it up right and I paraphrase "You wanted to know how Obama would react after a stunning rejection in the recent mid-term election, well now you know".
The unions must grow, period. By gaining a whole new industry like TSA they gain numbers and money from members. The Democrats also have a lot to gain since 60% of union members vote for Democrats it's a win for them as well. Joe Google this'"The TSA recently won the right to unionize, and the AFL-CIO is running to the defense of TSA agents who are getting lots of heat." if you need to. I'm supriced you haven't heard of this over the media you get indoctrinted in Joe.LOL
ReplyDelete48,000 more Government Union employees. Is the AFL-CIO the Union controlled by that over the top president that does not beleive we have DEFICT problems?
ReplyDeleteStill think Privatizing might be better and cheaper way to go. Also beleive Terrorist will think of other ways to do their 'Man made Disasters" that include NONE of the Costly Security we have in place now. Our security in other areas is sadly lacking and is probablly more of a threat than the airports. Terrorist in a way have won the security war. Were at the Airport and Trains/Ships will most likely be the next method of transport. Just my opinion.
Chris,
ReplyDeleteI did just that and guess what i got?
Rightwing talking points and a direct link to Glenn Beck. LMAO.

Talk about indoctrination.
The Emperor of this blog has no clothes.
All i did was ask for proof.
If you can't provide it why do you post accusations?
If you can't come up with theories on your own, why accuse others of being indoctrinated?

ReplyDeleteThe Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) on "Nov. 12 granted requests from the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) and the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) to hold an election at TSA. AFGE expects the election to be held in early 2011."

Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees will be permitted to vote for union representation
You need to dig a little deeper, Joe, and stop claiming right wing talking points.
Joe why did you only have accusations when calling Tea Partiers racist and dangerous? Why the hypocracy Joe? Mark isn't it funny how Joe and liberals like him never see the truth or they never really look for it?
ReplyDeleteYes sir, Chris. The lazy left want others to do the work for them.
ReplyDeleteIt was obvious that you and Beck just don't make this stuff up, the government proved you right. :)
Chris, that a red herring, not a legitimate criticism of my questions.
ReplyDeleteIs there any proof?
