Obama Is Not Addressing Country's Problems That's Why He Can't Fix Anything

GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, FOX NEWS HOST: The -- your platform today -- and I realize that -- I mean, or what you said today is that you're going to start -- you're going to tell the truth. The implication when you say that is that the current administration is not telling the truth. So where are they, quote, "not telling the truth"?
TIM PAWLENTY, PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: Well, first of all, President Obama won't even address the major spending and deficit problems in the country. He has no plan for reforming Social Security. He has no plan for reforming Medicare. He has no plan for reforming Medicaid to speak of. Until Paul Ryan put his plan on the table, the sum total of President Obama's proposed cuts over the next 10 years was about $40 billion -- with a B -- a year, when, in fact, he was planning on trillion dollar deficits each year for as far as the eye can see. He wasn't even in the same orbit of the need that this country has.
And so he's ducking. He's bobbing. He's weaving. He's not telling people what it's going to take to really fix the problems. He's not even really identifying the problems. We need a president that will do better than that. America deserves better than that, Greta!

What problem has Obama fixed, let alone identify? Has he fixed the "too big to fail" banks and companies his adminitration took over? How are all those wars going? Is the world more or less stable since Obama took office? Are prices of goods going up or down? Why is the housing values still going down? They have made government much bigger at the cost of the private sector. In order to not right size the government they want too further punish the private sector with higher taxes.

I know a lot of liberals and Democrats think that Obama didn't pump enough money into the system. Think about that for a minute. The Democrats and liberals would have printed more money, thus making the price of good even higher and they would have created an even bigger debt problem then they already have.

Good luck fixed income and poor to middle class Americans. You'll need it with the Democrats as your friends.

  1. Stimulas 24 Billion went to 3700+ Government Contractors and Non-Profits that OWED 756 Million in Back Taxes. Why?

IRS is going to Investigate 13 case out of the over 3700.
Does not Seems like a very BIG Investigation but hey its Only Tax Payers being Screwe3d!

January 22 2010 I will Laser in on Jobs! Hows that working?
Job Creation and Economy are in Crisis Mode and Regime will not address the Problem. What is Regimes Policies to Create Jobs?
What is Regimes Policies regarding HIGH Gas Prices?

What is Regimes Policies to CUT Spending that is NOT Funded?
All Politicans have failed Miserably at reducing Unsubstainable Deficit but what Is the Leader of OUR Nations Solutions?
Reducing DEBT by taking Piece of Straw out of the Hay Stack is NOT the Solution and will most Certanly add to The Problem!

Wonder if Campaign Contributors,Unions and Non Profits SEIU/ACORN got their Moneys worth. Stimulus was for Private Sector Jobs and looks like Public Employees did not do to Bad!

  3. LMAO!! Bruce, how can you make such a claim "Obama and the Democrats, without one Republican vote saved the entire auto industry and about 4 million jobs."
    How is that?

  4. Chrysler Majority Stock Holder "FIAT"! Bruce They BORROWED to pay off loan, got a lower Interest but its like getting a new credit card to PAY off the other one.

GM building large plant in China!

Bruce your claims do seem a bit over the top. Citizens working good Government into Private Sector not a good mix.

Just for my own knowledge when Studebaker,AMC, and Packard went Belly up what exactly happened to the Auto Industry? Private Sector/Free Market took over and Auto Industry Thrived for Decades until Companies and Unions got Greedy along with POOR quality Product.
Consumers are what should decide if Company is to Big to Fail NOT Government.

  5. Bruce we bailed the auto industry and they still went bankrupt! It cost us double thanks to the Democratic Party. We the tax payers bailed out the auto industry and they still didn't get saved.

  6. -----

After Osama bin Laden was killed, the other day, George Washington met him at the Pearly Gates.

He slapped him across the face and yelled, "How dare you try to destroy the nation I helped conceive!"

Patrick Henry approached, punched him in the nose and shouted, "You wanted to end our liberties but you failed!"

James Madison followed, kicked him in the groin and said, "This is why I allowed our government to provide for the common defense!"

Thomas Jefferson was next, beat ObL with a long cane and snarled "It was Evil men like you who inspired me to write the Declaration of Independence."

The beatings and thrashings continued as George Mason, James Monroe and 66 other Americans unleashed their anger on the terrorist Leader.

As ObL lay bleeding and in pain, an Angel appeared.

ObL wept and said, "This is not what you promised me."

The Angel replied, "I told you there would be 72 Virginians waiting for you in Heaven. What did you think I said?"

  7. Chris, the Republicans wanted to throw the American auto industry under a bus.

Oh, what's that, GM is hiring 2500 people in one article. GM is hiring 4000 people in another article.

    Republicans, EPIC FAIL!!!!

Democrats will be beating Republicans over the head with their vote to abolish Medicare and to kill the American auto industry from now till November 2012.

The Republican field is a bunch of clowns and it looks like one more is going to enter the race, Sarah Palin!

  8. First I dont believe Palin will enter the race. What I want is a Conservative who wants to take the Fight to the Regime and make them DEFEND their record.
Liberals will spend alot of MONEY not on Issues or Record cause that would be a waste of Money. This will be the Nastiest Presidental Race ever. Our Nations future depends on this election. Economy/Jobs will be the real Debatable Issues and how can this Regime win especially with a in the Dirt no holds barred Canidate. If the Republicans run a Moderate they will Lose.
Being Nice has COST Republicans before BUT this time it will COST Nation! 2012 will indeed depending on Canadte be a very interest and IMPORTANT time!

  9. Bruce Government sells 6% of stock it still holds in Chrysler to FIAT. Could not have FIAT bought Chrysler say in Bankruptsy and saved Government involvement?

  10. Chris, your comments concerning the possible correctness of additional government spending show a deep seated and almost pathological insistence on looking at complex issues with a middle school level understanding of those issues. But at the very least it goes along with the rest of your ability to understand complex issues. Your consistent in your lack of understanding.

I have continually shown that this recession and the presidents actions have not failed and in fact are perfectly consistent with the results of Reagan conservative policies. Its not my fault your unable to learn.

But i would again advise you to hold off on cursing devaluation as you mistakenly did the Two quantative easings, whose effects turned out to be nothing like your posts suggested. Given a choice of being continually wrong and/or choosing to set aside ideology for real world results I would choose results. I don't expect you too though.

If you or one of your other readers could look at the GDP rates of austerity minded countries like Germany and Britain you would see that their growth does not match ours. I'll included the links....

  11. Chris, your point about making the public sector bigger at the cost of the private sector is foolish and you have little to no statistical backing to show that. Please provide at least some evidence to support such ludicrous claims. But here's some thoughtful discussions of the situation that you can ignore to keep your head in the sand.

  12. Joe, 2012 Will be about Issues Citizens can relate too. Jobs,Economy,Consumer Prices(Food&Gas) and Government Spending. You will have the Citizens that VOTE how their told from both sides. Its the 40% mostly middle class paying all the bills that will decide and that will be a problem for the Regime whom put Social Issues over Citizens, the Economy and Job Creation. Independants know that without Strong Economy and Jobs Social Issues mean squat!

I also expect the Campaigne to be the Nastiest ever and that may also take a toll on VOTERS whom are Tired of Washington Politics and may be turned off by it.

I do believe if Republicans run a RINO or Moderate they are in deep dodo! Canadate who sticks to ISSUES Citizens are concerned about will make Regime DEFEND its record which to most is UNDEFENDABLE. Just my opinion.
