More On The Largest Scientific Hoax Of All Time

As a key figure of the Climategate scandal admitted that there is no evidence the earth has warmed recently and new research suggests existing records aren’t sufficient support for global warming claims.
Phil Jones, who stepped down from his position at the Climatic Research Unit after emails surfaced showing the unit apparently conspiring to manipulate climate data, also said global warming may not be unprecedented after all.
From the Mail Online:
The academic at the centre of the ‘Climategate’ affair, whose raw data is crucial to the theory of climate change, has admitted that he has trouble ‘keeping track’ of the information.
Colleagues say that the reason Professor Phil Jones has refused Freedom of Information requests is that he may have actually lost the relevant papers.
Professor Jones told the BBC yesterday there was truth in the observations of colleagues that he lacked organisational skills, that his office was swamped with piles of paper and that his record keeping is ‘not as good as it should be’.
The data is crucial to the famous ‘hockey stick graph’ used by climate change advocates to support the theory.
Professor Jones also conceded the possibility that the world was warmer in medieval times than now – suggesting global warming may not be a man-made phenomenon.
And he said that for the past 15 years there has been no ‘statistically significant’ warming.
The admissions will be seized on by sceptics as fresh evidence that there are serious flaws at the heart of the science of climate change and the orthodoxy that recent rises in temperature are largely man-made.
Professor Jones has been in the spotlight since he stepped down as director of the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit after the leaking of emails that sceptics claim show scientists were manipulating data.
The raw data, collected from hundreds of weather stations around the world and analysed by his unit, has been used for years to bolster efforts by the United Nation’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change to press governments to cut carbon dioxide emissions.
Meanwhile, The Times reports that scientists have found that temperature records are not a reliable indicator of warming. In many cases, they said, “apparent temperature rise was actually caused by local factors affecting the weather stations, such as land development.”
Reports the Times:
In its last assessment the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said the evidence that the world was warming was “unequivocal”.
It warned that greenhouse gases had already heated the world by 0.7C and that there could be 5C-6C more warming by 2100, with devastating impacts on humanity and wildlife. However, new research, including work by British scientists, is casting doubt on such claims. Some even suggest the world may not be warming much at all.
“The temperature records cannot be relied on as indicators of global change,” said John Christy, professor of atmospheric science at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, a former lead author on the IPCC.
The doubts of Christy and a number of other researchers focus on the thousands of weather stations around the world, which have been used to collect temperature data over the past 150 years.
These stations, they believe, have been seriously compromised by factors such as urbanisation, changes in land use and, in many cases, being moved from site to site.                                                                                                                                                                                                      So while the liberals are our rioting like usual. The reality is that we can't trust the old data that global warming is a reality. It's a religious cult but not a scientific reality like they want us to believe. Americans are waking up the the fact that the scientist have falsified most of the data. Or they have lost what data they had to support the global warming claims from the left.  While the ecoterrorist are out in full force trying to make us believe their religion by force at the Olymipic games, the truth is setting the majority of Americans free from what could be the largest Cap and Tax ever.  The left don't care one bit about the truth. They can't give up the thought that the cultist beliefs they have been raised with are most likely false. They don't want to know the truth. They can't handle the truth. And as their lies are brought out to light they will become more violent and angry. They have based their lives and their idealogy on the theory of global warming. They refuse to look at this through scientific eyes.                                             Now I have no problem with their pagan global warming cult. If they want to start a religious cult in Georgetown go right ahead. If they want to catch Hailies Comet by drink the "juice" have at it. It's you live to do what you will with it. Just don't harm others and stop pushing your beliefs on others. And stop trying to make us pay for your beliefs with our tax $'s.                  I'm not saying that we don't need to get off of our foreign oil addiction. But with all the new evidence that global warming is a hoax, in order for some on the left to control the "New Energy". We need to look at our own gas,oil and nuke as a more realistic and inexpensive energy source. Why should we have to pay more for an energy source just because Al Gore and the Democrats friends are selling it?

  1. We must remember to be nice to our ecoliberal suckers. They bought into the largest scam in American and European history. How dumb would you feel if everyone that would listen to you, you told about the end of the world if we didn't go 'green'. It must be easier for them to believe that they had been taking for a ride by the Democratic Party and the scientific community. That's a lot for them to swallow all at once. They meant well and their intentions were good. They were just the 'ignorent masses' used to push this scam. They will wake up one day and then their anger will be placed back on those that scamed them. Either way they will riot and hurt people to prove their point. They have no problem with destroying other peoples property to prove a point. They will waterboard you and me before they would allow a terrorist to get that kind of treatment. They are all about breaking a few eggs to make a point. We mean nothing compaired to their belief. They have tryed to isolate us none believers. But instead they have isolated themselves. Don't worry the Republicans and the Libertarians will take you disinfranchised Democrats. The Democratic Party can keep the radical left. We don't want them. The Democrat party can join in with the Green Party and the Republican,Libertarian and TEA Party can join in together. As long as the Party is fiscally Conservative I don't care what we call them.

  2. Chris,

No Green Party thank you very much. These are the "ignorant" people of which you speak. Just the name alone should tell you that.

Ever hear of Cynthia McKinney? She is just about as nutty as they come.

  3. Christopher I said the Democrats can have the green party radicals. No way would anyone in their right mind would want the Green Party. But that is why the Democrats will take those voters with open arms. The Democrat party is becoming the Green Party anyways. I think the Republicans should listen and take in the TEA Party,Libertarian Party and the Reagan Democrats, which are Libertarians for the most part. The Blue Dogs will need a home and it will most likely be the Libertarian Party. It's too big a jump for those Blue Dogs to become Republicans. They might become Independents like many of the Republicians did.

  4. Chris, I was hoping you would hit on global warming again. I'm trying to keep my comments as "on-topic" as possible. It's tough with so much great stuff out there. So here we go again, and more bad news for the Al Gore worshippers (where IS Gore at anyways??!?! LOL ... that nut-job boondoggler has been in hiding as of late!):

IPCC warnings about African crops also bogus
FEBRUARY 15, 2010 BY ED MORRISSEY

    http://hotair.com/archives/2010/02/15/ipcc-warnings-about-african-crops-also-bogus/

One of the more choice passages:

"One of the most widely quoted and most alarmist passages in the main 2007 report was a warning that, by 2020, global warming could reduce crop yields in some countries in Africa by 50 per cent. Dr Pachauri not only allowed this claim to be included in the short Synthesis Report, of which he was co-editor, but has publicly repeated it many times since.

The origin of this claim was a report written for a Canadian advocacy group by Ali Agoumi, a Moroccan academic who draws part of his current income from advising on how to make applications for “carbon credits”. As his primary sources he cited reports for three North African governments. But none of these remotely supported what he wrote. The nearest any got to providing evidence for his claim was one for the Moroccan government, which said that in serious drought years, cereal yields might be reduced by 50 per cent. The report for the Algerian government, on the other hand, predicted that, on current projections, “agricultural production will more than double by 2020″. Yet it was Agoumi’s claim that climate change could cut yields by 50 per cent that was headlined in the IPCC’s Working Group II report in 2007."

ROFLMAO ... ooooohhh boy, the TRUTH is coming home to NEST! LOL

  5. Chris and Christopher - We already see that the Hypocrat Party is getting too crazy and regressive for more moderate Hypocrats like Bayh. As more moderates drop out, soon they're going to have to change their name to The Communist Party, or just be absorbed by the Communist Party! LOL

  7. LIEberals now claim that climate change will lead to MORE snow. Sure wasn't what they were saying in the past. Take a trip with me on the "not-so-way-back-machine":

ROBERT BYRD 2002: We need a climate change strategy badly. Look at the kind of winter we've had here in Washington. One snow, three inches? What can we expect for the spring and summer seasons? What's going to happen to our crops, our livestock, our economy? This is serious. I've lived a long time, 84 years. Something's going wrong out there. I don't need a scientist to tell me that. We had better do something about it.

BARBARA BOXER 2007: He also remarked that the most optimistic climate models for the second half of this century suggest that 30 to 70% of the snow pack will disappear. Now, no wonder we have people visiting our offices who are just already hurting from the recreation industry in this nation. They see what's happening. They see the handwriting on the wall. We have to act.

SEN. AMY KLOBUCHAR (MIN) 2008: I heard it from the head of our snowmobile association who testified at a forum that I had with our governor on climate change in January because they've seen decreasing snow levels. I hear about it from ice fishermen because they have seen that it takes longer for the ice to freeze and they can't put their fish house out.

BOXER 2009: Looking at the United States of America, the IPCC clearly warned that unchecked global warming will lead to reduced snow pack in the western mountains, critically reducing access to water, which is our lifeblood.

FEINSTEIN 2005: The Sierra Nevada snow pack is the largest source of water. The snow pack equals about half the storage capacity of all of California's man-made reservoirs. By the end of the century, the shrinking of the snow pack will eliminate the water source for 16 million people.

BOXER 2007: The potential consequences will be devastating for our families in the future and for the world. Now we're seeing the early warning signs. People can come down to this floor and say whatever they want. We've seen melting of snow, we have seen melting of permafrost, increased temperatures, warming of lakes, rivers, oceans, changes in the seasons.

INSLEE 2005: The ski industry in the Cascade Mountains in Washington essentially was shut down this year. My son's on ski patrol and he worked for three days this year, there was no snow. And having no snow is consistent with what the models will predict will become a significant problem for us in the future.

  8. Why aren't those same eco-Democrats rioting at Al Gore and Mike Moore's house? They have huge carbon footprint. That is what makes me sick of the eco-liberals cultest leaders. They tell everyone else to do what they themselves are unwilling to do themselves. They were saying the world would end and they have all those mansions and airplanes and what nots. If I was those eco-freaks I'd go to Gores mansions and Moores mansions and riot all over them. Why not make them live the way they wanted to make you live? And know the word on the blogs is that Obama is trying one last ditch effort to use his executive powers to push through a environmental progressive agenda. Maybe Obama want to do what so many community activist like himself do. They start riots by inflaming the masses.

  10. When liberal ideals collide: Wind Power boondoggle and PETA radical conservationists:

    The Skeletons of Wind Energy
    by The MaryHunter
    February 15, 2010

    http://www.moonbattery.com/archives/2010/02/skeletons-of-windpower.html

the takeaway: "California's wind farms -- then comprising about 80% of the world's wind generation capacity -- ceased to generate much more quickly than Kamaoa. In the best wind spots on earth, over 14,000 turbines were simply abandoned. Spinning, post-industrial junk which generates nothing but bird kills.
But wait -- isn't wind energy all about protecting the environment?

Altamont's turbines have since 2008 been tethered four months of every year in an effort to protect migrating birds after environmentalists filed suit. According to the Golden Gate Audubon Society, 75 to 110 Golden Eagles, 380 Burrowing Owls, 300 Red-tailed Hawks, and 333 American Kestrels (falcons) are killed by Altamont turbines annually. A July, 2008 study by the Alameda County Community Development Agency points to 10,000 annual bird deaths from Altamont Pass wind turbines. Audubon calls Altamont, "probably the worst site ever chosen for a wind energy project." In 2004 the group unsuccessfully challenged renewal applications for 18 of 20 Altamont wind farms.

Stay tuned for more skeletons of the green energy movement, coming to a community near you. Please warn your fine-feathered friends."
