Most Americans are not prepared for the coming food shortages and will panic when the store shelves start to go bare. A recent example in Weston Massachusetts shows how unprepared Americans react when faced with shortage. Notice how quickly they clear the store shelves then sit for hours in National Guard lines waiting for handouts.
being prepared makes sense and there is plenty of information on line for people to learn. Anyone who doesn't will be in severe hardship if a crisis happens. People say "it can't happen here", but we said that about 9/11 also.
