First off Obamas approval rating is up to 46% and a disapproval rating of 53%. These are some of the new poles out that I find very interesting since the Democrats are hell bent on making government larger and more intrusive then ever. Here we go: 1)Are government workers paid too much,too little,or is their pay just right? 51% too much 10% too little 27% about right 12% not sure 2)Who works harder,government workers or workers in the private sector? 7% Government workers 71% Private sector workers 22% Not sure 3) Does the average government worker earn more annually than the average taxpayer? 59% Yes 15%No 26% Not sure So what des this tell us? It tells me that we have over paid underworked governemnt employees and the governemnt want to have more of them. My question to government employees like Bruce and others is: Why do you think the goverment workers deserve to be paid so much more then non government employees? And why do you think you should do less for all that extra money you make?

But the entire MSM, the White House, the House and Senate Dem Leadership, the majority of the Democratic Coalition and most of the outside factions of the Democratic Party’s coalition is pumping the airwaves and blogosphere full of their latest pack of lies and disinformation:
1) reconciliation is back on the table;
2) the trillion dollar President is going to cut an abortion deal with Senator Casey of Pennsylvania;
3) Senator Snowe and Senator Collins “must be in play,” for a new vapor deal; and,
4) the all time favorite: something will pass.
Actually, a google search for the term “something will pass” turned up 1.75 million hits (really).
The “something will pass” crowd know nothing about health care politics, or about Senate procedure or rules.In fact, Speaker Pelosi used this line successfully on the newbie, dumber-than-a-box-of-rocks House members to get them to walk the plank, and vote for ObamaCare. She and her sacrificial lambs were warned about walking the plank, but the little baby lambs believed the crowd-that-has-never-been-correct-about-healthcare-politics. For example, world-class Jonestown Kool-Aide brigade members like Jim Cooper of Tennessee announced that he was voting for health care reform to move the process forward and force the Senate to move. Uh, huh. It showed a reckless ignorance and politically dangerous disregard for reality. This, in fact is what the Dem Leadership has accelled at on health care: a dangerous disregard for political reality.
Or, how about several weeks ago when Senator Durbin was pounding the tables during Sunday morning talk shows about how the Democrats were going “to pass health care without the Republicans,” and the Democrats were “going to go it alone.”
Hey Senator Durbin, go ahead, knock yourself out.
They have been told repeatedly by pollster after pollster that they were committing political suicide. They continue anyway — remember this favorite: if we pass health care reform in the House, our polls will improve?
They are simply making it up as they go along, and they cannot be trusted to say any single thing that is accurate about health care politics. They are wrong now. They have been wrong all along. And their desperation is driving them to make up rationales that the MSM print as if they were carved on stone tablets and handed down from Mount Sinai.
The MSM do it all the time and never have learned their lesson. They can’t learn their lesson because they are so arrogant they can not conceive that anyone could be against health care reform — NO not THAT. They universally reject political reality because they are liberal mush-heads who buy the pablum being served by — pick one: Senator Reid, the Speaker or the White House.
The Dem establishment is more desperate than a junkie overdue for their next hit — and the boot-licking media loves to churn out the latest Dem fantasies on health care. Exhibit Z was the Reid Vapor Deal.
Just 100% fiction — Senator Reid dreaming in color — but it was reported as fact.
On health care reform, everyone for it has repeated and consistently and naively — in truly P-o-l-l-y-a-n-n-a fashion — have been wrong about everything.
It is the only consistent thing that has happened in this health care reform fiasco, the supporters have been wrong about everything. Wrong about the politics of health care reform, wrong about its cost, wrong about spending their political capital on health care, wrong about the public option, wrong about abortion being a non-factor, wrong about cutting Medicare, wrong about expanding Medicare, wrong about the Health Information Exchange, wrong, wrong and just plain wrong.
They are choking on their own propaganda right now because they have the Pelosi disease: they are blind ideologues who do not care about the political consequences of their irrational health care quest.

Al Goresaid that the South Pole will be gone by 2014 in the summertime. He also said that we have lost 40% of the ice cap in the South Pole. We must act now or we will all be doomed and their god Mother Earth will die too. This is Al Gores last chance to sell us and the globle community his products. Al Gore and his left wing ilk and media made a disaster that didn't exists anywhere but in tree rings and the known ebb and flow of the polar ice caps. The best part is they have the products we nee for this fake disaster. First off the South Pole was down about 20% two years ago. But today they have come back the full 20% that was lost. In otherwords they are lieing about the ice caps being down 40%. There is a lot of money and power to be gained by the Democrats on this one and they are trying to hold us all hostage on false data and scare tactics. Think about what they are saying,what they are doing and what is their motive for doing it. Occam's Razor tell us that it is most likely a last ditch effort to sell us their bag of magic beans. When a sales person gives you the "hard sell" do you walk away and think about it or buy it right then and there? Countries Are Walking Out On Copenhagen And We Should Too
The Copenhagen climate summit is in chaos after poor countries walked out en masse on Monday morning.
But poor countries want to make sure the Kyoto protocol, which forces rich countries to limit their greenhouse has emissions, has a future.
Today's walkout has left the summit in limbo as ministers, including Australia's Climate Change Minister Penny Wong, frantically try to fix the problem.
"It is regrettable that we appear to have reached a gridlock on process," Senator Wong told reporters from the conference centre, adding the situation was "most unfortunate".
"(This) is not a time to play procedural games."
She did not support the developing countries' focus on the need to commit now to a future for the Kyoto protocol.
"An extension only of the Kyoto Protocol is not going to achieve the environmental outcome the world needs," Senator Wong said.
Australia does not want the Kyoto Protocol to be the only vehicle to tackle climate change because it does not include the US, nor major developing countries like China and India.
Senator Wong said that without countries like China and India on board, global efforts to tackle climate change would not work.
She said the situation at the summit was "absolutely" salvageable.
"We can resolve these issues if nations have the political will."
Senator Wong is playing a high-profile role at the UN summit, which has entered its second week and is due to finish on Friday.
Together with her Indian counterpart, she was supposed to be leading special talks to try to resolve issues around the greenhouse targets of developing countries, and around international verification of countries' emissions.
Those talks are on hold now.
There have also been complaints from some developing nations of bullying on the part of Australia, including personal calls from Prime Minister Kevin Rudd.
Ian Fry, the chief climate change negotiator for the tiny Pacific island nation of Tuvalu, said Mr Rudd had told him his position was unhelpful in securing an agreement at Copenhagen.
"Yes, we've had approaches from the prime minister of Australia to ask us to, well, to say our approach is unproductive," he told ABC television on Monday.
"Of course, we don't agree with that."
Earlier in the day, Mr Fry made an emotional plea calling for a legally binding agreement to cut carbon emissions.
"I woke up this morning crying, and that's not easy for a grown man to admit," he said. "The fate of my country rests in your hands."
Australian scientist and environmental activist Tim Flannery said part of the reason for the walkout was because of a push by Canada for commitments established under the Kyoto Protocol to be disregarded.
Because of breaches of its emissions target under the Kyoto Protocol, Canada owes about $1 billion, and will owe $1.3 billion if commitments under Kyoto continue.
"Canada and some other developed countries of course would like the Kyoto commitments to cease and then move on with a fresh slate," Prof Flannery said.
But he believes a global agreement to cut emissions can still be reached.
"To be honest, I think that the key elements are now there," he told ABC television on Monday night.
"We've seen commitment by developed countries to an accumulative 18 per cent reduction in emissions."
Prof Flannery, who is also chairman of the Copenhagen Climate Council, a collaboration between business and science, says progress has been made towards reaching an agreement.
"It's far from perfect yet but I think we're beginning to see the elements fall into place for what I'd call a good agreement."
