“Obviously, I’ve heard of it. I’ve seen it on television,” he said. “I think it expresses the frustrations that the American people feel. That we had the biggest financial crisis since the Great Depression. Huge collateral damage all throughout the country, all across Main Street. And yet, you’re still seeing some of the same folks who acted irresponsibly trying to fight efforts to crack down on abusive practices that got us in this problem in the first place.”
See his response below:
Obama refused to condemn any of the protesters actions (despite multiple altercations with police and arrests) and said they are just expressing their frustrations. That sounds to me like he stands with these lawless liberal warriors on Wall Street. Why in the world didn't Obama take the time to tell his liberal supporters to calm down and keep the law for a change? Is he afraid they might turn on him next? Are these supporters of Obama's really worth it? This isn't about doing what is best for the Obama campaign. It's time he does what is best for the country as a whole. He doesn't have to tell them to go home. But he should tell them to obey the law and give up the terrorism and violence.
(CONTENT WARNING for strong language):
This is some of the racism coming out of these liberal protesters. Why can't Democrats speak out about this racism?
Protesters from an anti-Wall Street march are arrested and pepper sprayed as they tried to march to Wall Street Wednesday night.
Can the main stream media still say that these protests are peaceful and get away with this lie? This is real violence not the make believe violence the left said the Tea Party was. It's time the the Democratic Party leaders speak out about this violence coming from their side. Obama, with his class warfare rhetoric started this and he needs to take control of it. That is unless this is what he wanted to begin with. He is a community agitator by trade and that is what he did best.
Obama also needs to speak out about his ilk making threats of terrorism on the NYSE on Oct.10. This isn't what democracy looks like and the Democratic Party needs to do something about it.
I also think Wall Street needs to do something about the Democratic Party backed protesters. The best thing they can is cut off the Democratic Party funding. Wall Street gives more money to the Democratic Party by far then the Republican Party. Wall Street needs to cut them off.
The fact is Obama and the Democratic Party bailed out Wall Street, not main street. But the mindless protesters somehow haven't figured that out. The protesters also haven't figured out that our national debt was raised by the Democratic Party. The young protesters need to realize that it is their generation that will get stuck with the bill. Democrats want to keep spending their money, while Republicans want to cut spending and pay down that debt now, not the next few generations.
The fact is these protesters have a right to protest in a legal way. They can say whatever they want, and they do. But if they keep going this route of violence and lawlessness our jailes will just get more full of liberals. It's time we start looking at the fact that these protesters are becoming more violent and it is the Democratic Parties fault. If this is the "Hope and Change" they were looking for than vote for Obama. But if you don't like the direction of this country then vote him out of office.
Obama and the Democratic Party set their minion free and told them what to do. This is their bad and they need to fix it. Hiding from reality wont make it go away. As Americans start to realize that this is Obama's doing and that he started this mess with his class warfare rhetoric people will start to bail from the Democratic Party in droves. Who in their right mind would want to be associated with these kinds of people. They call themselves the 99%. How is it that most Americans don't stand with them? Find one poll that says otherwise.
The good news is these violent protesters are taking Obama and the Democratic Party down with them. People know which Party stands with them. As they become more and more violent and lawless with threats of economic terrorism people start putting the pieces together. It isn't just by chance that Obama's approval numbers keep going down. They see what is happening and they blame him, not Republican for this mess. Obama has never ever had to clean up his own mess when he was community organizing. He just steered the pot and let someone else do the work of cleaning it up. We don't need any more steering the pot and class warfare. We need solutions to the problems. We need a leader. Having violent protests demanding that the top 1% of money earners give their money to the other 99% isn't a real or lasting solution. It is theft. If these people put as much effort into working for their own money rather then trying to take from the "rich" we would all be better off. It's just a matter of time before these takers just start stealing what they think is theirs. If this is their ideology, and it is, the jailes are the right place for them.
millions of Americans are looking for work, millions have or will lost their homes, and millions more have pretty much lost their retirement savings. The reason Democrats give? "It's Bush's fault".
Since Occupy Wall Street protests began mid-September, the hacker collective Anonymous has been posting its support for protesters and threats against those like the New York Police Department, on its YouTube channel. In its most recent post, Anonymous threatens to “erase” the New York Stock Exchange from the Internet.
Anonymous includes instruction on its video for people to "JOIN THE RAID".
On October 10. Watch the group’s video threat of a day that will “never, ever be forgot:”
Anonymous confirms its DDoS attack with its “Message to the People”:
Is this what "democracy looks like"? Liberals are showing that they are no different then the Islamic terrorist they support. I think we are only starting to see the beginning of the terrorism from the left-wing in this country. They say they are "peaceful" but their actions say otherwise. If the Tea Party did anything even close to the lawlessness coming from the left-wing it would be front page for months.
These liberals are dangerous and will stop at nothing to get their way. Our jails and prisons are full with liberals. And they will get even more full by the time winter hits and they go back into hiding.
We the People are getting sick of the liberal violence and threats of terrorism in this country and others. We are watching what the liberals and unions are doing to nations like Greece.
Maybe it's time that Obama dust off the new and Obama improved Patriot Act and go after these liberal terrorists. The liberals didn't bitch much when Obama made the Patriot Act even more invasive to American citizens. They never thought that it could be used against them. Only when Bush was president did that thought go into their minds. It is obvious that these liberals are the enemy of the USA and we need to treat them as such. I'm sure they will love Gitmo this time of year. LOL
Obama needs to act like the POTUS and speak out about these liberal groups that supported him. He needs to address their threats of terrorism and violence. I know he has all but given up leading this country and focused totally on campaigning to keep his job. But this country needs a leader that puts this country first.
This country is on the edge anyways. We don't need liberal terrorist pushing us over the edge.
The "Occupy Wall Street" protesters have listed 13 proposed demands from their website. Try not to laugh while reading these "demands". Demand one: Restoration of the living wage. This demand can only be met by ending "Freetrade" by re-imposing trade tariffs on all imported goods entering the American market to level the playing field for domestic family farming and domestic manufacturing as most nations that are dumping cheap products onto the American market have radical wage and environmental regulation advantages. Another policy that must be instituted is raise the minimum wage to twenty dollars an hr. Demand two: Institute a universal single payer healthcare system. To do this all private insurers must be banned from the healthcare market as their only effect on the health of patients is to take money away from doctors, nurses and hospitals preventing them from doing their jobs and hand that money to wall st. investors. Demand three: Guaranteed living wage income regardless of employment. Demand four: Free college education. Demand five: Begin a fast track process to bring the fossil fuel economy to an end while at the same bringing the alternative energy economy up to energy demand. Demand six: One trillion dollars in infrastructure (Water, Sewer, Rail, Roads and Bridges and Electrical Grid) spending now. Demand seven: One trillion dollars in ecological restoration planting forests, reestablishing wetlands and the natural flow of river systems and decommissioning of all of America's nuclear power plants. Demand eight: Racial and gender equal rights amendment. Demand nine: Open borders migration. anyone can travel anywhere to work and live. Demand ten: Bring American elections up to international standards of a paper ballot precinct counted and recounted in front of an independent and party observers system. Demand eleven: Immediate across the board debt forgiveness for all. Debt forgiveness of sovereign debt, commercial loans, home mortgages, home equity loans, credit card debt, student loans and personal loans now! All debt must be stricken from the "Books." World Bank Loans to all Nations, Bank to Bank Debt and all Bonds and Margin Call Debt in the stock market including all Derivatives or Credit Default Swaps, all 65 trillion dollars of them must also be stricken from the "Books." And I don't mean debt that is in default, I mean all debt on the entire planet period. Demand twelve: Outlaw all credit reporting agencies. Demand thirteen: Allow all workers to sign a ballot at any time during a union organizing campaign or at any time that represents their yeah or nay to having a union represent them in collective bargaining or to form a union.
Charles Krauthammer takes on the recent 'Occupy Wall Street' protesters, and wonders why they aren't protesting the Obama Adminstration.‘This Is Revolution Not Reform’
First, here’s Piven calling for a “popular uprising” on Friday:
“I teach at the Graduate School of the City University of New York. I am here because I am so enthusiastic about the possibilities of this sit-in, over the marches that are occurring over postal worker issues, the sister demonstrations that are starting in Chicago and Los Angeles, and maybe in Boston. I think we desperately need a popular uprising in the United States. None of us know. I study movements. None of us know the exact formula for when those movements erupt, but it could be. And if that is true, then these people who are here are really wonderful. I would do anything to help them.”
And this is the awkward call-and-response speech she delivered the same night, where the protesters copy everything she says. This is as Kool Aid crazy as you can get. It reminds me of those cults back in the 60's. I feel bad for the mindless liberal zombies. No one even knows what their demands are, not even they know.

These demands will create so many jobs it will be completely impossible to fill them without an open borders policy.
Quite a list of Marxist "demands". The real question here is if these demands are not met, then what?
"The way I think about it is, you know, this is a great, great country that had gotten a little soft and, you know, we didn't have that same competitive edge that we needed over the last couple of decades. We need to get back on track."
Do you remember when Vice President Joe Biden told a public radio station in Miami that while the state of the economy might be the fault of the previous Republican administration, the public is still understandably angry at the party in power for the dismal state of the economy?
His message to his interviewer and the liberal audience: Blaming Bush isn’t helping and is “not relevant” right now, so cut it out.
So we are the "soft" ones? The man whose hands have never seen labor is calling us "soft"? The man that has never created a job is calling us "soft". Obama has blamed everyone under the sun for this economy except himself. That is as soft as you can get. If we are soft it is this administrations fault, just ask Joe Biden.
resident. Our economy is soft, but 71% of Americans think Obama has done more damage then good.
You would have to be a total idiot to vote for a man that calls our great nation "soft".
I'd like to know where the liberal leader, aka Obama, stands on the liberal riots and violence. These rioters are supporters of Obama. He needs to stop being soft and confront his troops. Instead of calling America "soft" he should be calling out the lawless mobs of liberals causing havoc around the country now.
Obama needs to act strong and tell the protesters to adhere to the laws and be civil. It's high time Obama start acting like a leader and do what is in the best interest of this country he calls "soft".
NYPD warned crowds of “Occupy Wall Street” protesters that they would be arrested before the swarm marched on the Brooklyn Bridge Saturday:
The videos were released by the police Sunday morning, which show officers issuing two separate warnings to marchers. As the officers warned the protesters that they would be charged with disorderly conduct, the crowds chanted “Take the bridge, take the bridge.”
The Times writes that the release of these videos back police claims that “it was the marchers’ choice that led to the police arresting about 800 people,” and that the protesters were not tricked by the police.
That is a lot of people arrested in just one protest. This seems to be the liberal way. Destroy and disrupt. The Tea Party has yet to have one arrest and we don't destroy anything after we have a rally. The funny thing is these mindless liberals don't even know why they are rioting. No one has a clear answer. But one thing is for sure they are all liberals and will continue to disrupt our society unless they are locked up for their lawlessness. Is chaos the only answer to these liberals?
