and photo clipart It looksl ike minorities aren't getting their fair share of the stimulus bill either. It looks like this is another case of 'listen to what Obama says and not what he does' or the outcome.  This Hope/Change isn't what most Americans thought it would be. Is this just another mistake by the Obama admin. or are they just using Cloward-Pivens stratagy like Obama used to teach at the university? And now we are beholden to our debters for this stimulus bill that hasn't worked out the way they said it would. How incompatent can one admin. be? Well at least the big labor unions and big business made out good on the Democrats deal. We should all be happy with who and what got our money, our kids money and our grand kids money. Lets sing a fun hippy song about love and rioting. The Democrats have turned this country on it's head and we are holding the bill for this buffoonfest in Washington. These buffoons can't get anything right. When the discontent swells over, and hope is lost, I pray the liberal faction doesn't riot anymore in order to get what they want. I'm afraid we aren't done with the hard times. Thanks to Obama and the Democrats in Congress we are heading in the wrong diorection and people are getting angree because they were mislead or lied to.  How can these liberals not care about what they are doing to the poor?                                                                                                                                                From The Associated Press: WASHINGTON – Hispanic and black businesses are receiving a disproportionately small number of federal stimulus contracts, creating a rising chorus of demands for the Obama administration to be more inclusive and more closely track who receives government-financed work.
Latinos and blacks have faced obstacles to winning government contracts long before the stimulus. They own 6.8 and 5.2 percent of all businesses, respectively, according to census figures. Yet Latino-owned business have received only 1.7 percent of $46 billion in federal stimulus contracts recorded in U.S. government data, and black-owned businesses have received just 1.1 percent.
That pot of money is just a small fraction of the $862 billion economic stimulus law. Billions more have been given to states, which have used the money to award contracts of their own.
Although states record minority status when they award contracts to businesses, there is no central, consistent or public compilation of that data, according to Laura Barrett, director of the Transportation Equity Network. She and other minority advocates are calling for complete and publicly accessible demographic information on all contracts and jobs financed by the stimulus.
Isn’t it amazing how the Founding Fathers could see into the future……..

"It would reduce the whole instrument to a single phrase, that of instituting a Congress with power to do whatever would be for the good of the United States; and as they would be the sole judges of the good or evil, it would be also a power to do whatever evil they please. Certainly no such universal power was meant to be given them. It [the Constitution] was intended to lace them up straightly within the enumerated powers and those without which, as means, these powers could not be carried into effect." --Thomas Jefferson, Opinion on a National Bank, 1791

  1. Once again, the regressives are only concerned about the color of one's skin.

The racists overwhelmingly voted for Obama based only on the color of his skin. And now they want to get paid what they feel is due to them. With our children's and grandchildren's money.

By the way, what happened to Obama focusing like a laser on jobs? Isn't he still talking about the government takeover of health care? LOL ... that one Republican was wrong. Health Care Takeover isn't Obama's Waterloo, it's his Vietnam.

  2. That is why I wont vote for Obama or a Democrat again. They say one thing to get elected and then do another to please the big boys. They haven't done anything get jobs back in this country. They have made them leave instead. Cloward-Pivens makes more sense then Obama is an idiot.

  4. No Christopher I hate the stimulus. I'm trying to point out that the minorities should hate it too. I have pointed out that no one but big business and big labor made out from this stimulus bill. Thank you for letting me clear that up. We all are going to pay for the stimulus and debt that is getting all racked up. And only a few have gotten the big bucks.

  5. Any Big City SHOWS How Much Libs Care For the Poor! Keep Them Poor,Keep Them Dependant on Government and Keep Their Education and Hopes at a BARE Minimum! Poor Are Voting Block Period. I Do Beleive As Minorities SEE What Has Happened to Them Due to Liberal Agendas They Will After Time Leave The Party of "POOR" and Move Forward To Meet Their Goals and Needs!

Big Governemnt and Stimulus Benifit ONLY a Few and The POOR Aint in That Group! Hell Most Citizens are Not in The Benifit Group! Nobama Is Not ,NO Matter What He SAYS Going to SET His Lazer on The JOB Target! Strong Economy and Jobs Are the ENEMY of This Progressive Administration! More People NOT Dependant on Governemnt the Less NEED for BIG GOVERNMENT!

  6. Just to put the exclamation-point on what Al wrote, here is a great example of how the poor and underprivileged are great tools for the Hypocrats and regressives, until those damn poor start to cut into their profits:

Harlem Charter Schools are huge successes for the kids. So who would oppose them? Well ... teacher's unions for one ... and a Democrat party that depends on keeping minorities and underprivileged dumb and voting for them in order to stay in power for two ...

  7. This story bothers me Chris. I looked it up and it is true. I can't believe we have been screwed again. I'm telling you the blacks are getting very upset with what the government is doing to them. We feel we haven't been given our reperations.
