The Money The Democrats Are Playing With Is Our Money Not Theirs

Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK) has issued a stern warning to the would be theives. The Democrats are treating our money as theirs to do with it as they want without recorse. It's about time the Republicans stood up for we the people. America is watching the Democrats and we don't like what we have been seeing. Democrats are not above the law and it is high time the Republicans started playing hardball with the loose Democratic Party.

  2. You idiot, Chris. Didn't you see the CBO numbers. It cuts the deficit by almost $2 trillion over the next 20 years. I guess you missed that part.

  3. If you buy that Bruce then you are the idiot! The CBO said it will cost $940 billion and cut the deficit by only $140 million. And that is because we are paying for it for 4 years before we get jackshit. Stop believing everthing Olbermann tells you and look it up. A lot of bad shit is in this bill and it is all coming to light if you JUST LOOK.

  6. Well Comrade Bruce, Medicare Part D didn't FORCE people to buy insurance against their will. Also, check out the just leaked memo, which shows how the government takeover of health care will explode the deficit because of their chicanery. Hypocrats have been caught in a big. fat. lie:

EXCLUSIVE -- Democrats plan doc fix after reform

Democrats are planning to introduce legislation later this spring that would permanently repeal annual Medicare cuts to doctors, but are warning lawmakers not to talk about it for fear that it will complicate their push to pass comprehensive health reform. The plans undercut the party's message that reform lowers the deficit, according to a memo obtained by POLITICO.

Democrats removed the so-called doc fix from the reform legislation last year because its $371-billion price tag would have made it impossible for Democrats to claim that their bill reduces the deficit. Republicans have argued for months that by stripping the doc fix from the bill, Democrats were playing a shell game.

“Most health staff are already aware that our health proposal does not contain a 'doc fix.' … The inclusion of a full SGR repeal would undermine reform’s budget neutrality. So again, do not allow yourself (or your boss) to get into a discussion of the details of CBO scores and textual narrative. Instead, focus only on the deficit reduction and number of Americans covered,” the memo, sent Thursday to Democratic staff, said.

“As most health staff knows, leadership and the White House are working with the AMA to rally physicians for a full SGR repeal later this spring. However, both health and communications staff should understand we do not want that policy discussion discussed at this time, lest (it) complicate the last critical push to pass health reform,” according to the memo.

The memo helps explains why the American Medical Association has supported reform even though their top legislative priority, the doc fix, was left out. The group is working behind the scenes with Democratic leadership and the White House to fix the cuts later this year.

Indeed, in a statement this afternoon, the AMA announced its support for the reconciliation bill -- and hinted that the debate is not over with reform's passage.

“This is not the last step, but the next step toward real health system reform. We will remain actively engaged with Congress and the administration to ensure that before Congress adjourns there are additional important changes to our health system," AMA president James Rohack said. "Congress must act to preserve access to care for seniors and military families by permanently repealing the Medicare physician payment formula that will cut Medicare payments by 21 percent next month.”

The memo also repeatedly advises Democrats not to discuss the details of the CBO score.

“We cannot emphasize this enough: do not allow yourself (or your boss) to get into a discussion of the details of CBO scores and textual narrative. Instead, focus only on the deficit reduction and number of Americans covered," the memo says

  7. Here's the memo where the Hypocrat's lies are exposed. Wow Comrade Bruce, did you believe their lies or are you aware of the lies and just go along with it because it furthers your communist agenda? What about Comrade Peters, is he aware of the lie? He has to be if he has paid any attention. So either he is complicit in the lie or he is unfit for duty due to being so stupid/negligent.

  10. Wow, everything that costs more money goes into effect right away. Of course there are no cost-controls. And all these people that will suddenly have access to INSURANCE will use it like drunken sailors on shore leave, creating rationing right off the back. Comrade Bruce, again everyone has access to health care already. These things you list are smoke and mirrors chump. Subsidies and credits are ALL tax increases. Do you know where the hell the government gets its money from, or are you a complete moron like the Hypocrat freeloader in Detroit who thinks it's all "Obama's Money"? Get a clue dumbass.

    ReplyDelete
  11. By the way Comrade Bruce, maybe you can explain how they are going to enact all these measures that will COST money, when the only thing they can pass through reconciliation are items that will cut the deficit?!?! LMAO

    EPIC FAIL.

And who are you trying to convince by posting these Hypocrat talking points? Everyone but you knows what a boondoggle give-away to insurance companies this is. If this really did something to control costs and lower the deficit and help out people there would be a huge majority voting for it. But this is just a big power-grab and wealth shift (trickle-up poverty). Look at what it's going to cost Caterpillar, and multiply that out for thousands of other corporations. That's jobs lost, that's the pooring of America. That's the Hypocrats and their lack of either morals or economic sense. First we had the dumbing of America which swept the Hypocrats into power, now we have the pooring of America courtesy of the Hypocrats. And nobody is going to be any better off. Well done idiots.
