WATCH: Holder Deflects Questions on Sestak Bribe Claims

 

California Republican Rep. Darrell Issa today aggressively questioned Attorney General Eric Holder over Rep. Joe Sestak's suggestion that he was offered a high-ranking Obama administration job in exchange for dropping his Pennsylvania Democratic primary challenge against Sen. Arlen Specter.

Issa has called for a special prosecutor to investigate Sestak's claim. At a Justice Department Oversight committee hearing today, he pressed Holder on why allegations Issa cast as "bribery of public officials," among other violations, were not being investigated by the Justice Department.

Issa complained that no witnesses have been questioned and expressed consternation that the White House has only addressed the matter through press secretary Robert Gibbs, who has said that any conversations between the White House and Sestak were "not problematic."

Holder told Issa that the appointment of a special prosecutor is something that is "done on a case-by-case basis," prompting Issa to interrupt and ask how this situation did not fall into that category.

Holder said "there are regulations that are in place and there are requirements that have to be met before a special prosecutor" can be appointed, noting that the matter calls to the Department's public integrity section. We need to start seeking criminal actions on this admin. And Eric Holder needs to go. He is inept at what he does and he can't answer a question. It is obvious they are trying to hide criminal actions by this admin.

Attorney General Eric Holder hesitated to answer whether radical Islam was even a motivating factor for the individuals responsible for the Fort Hood shooting, the attempted Christmas Day bombing and the attempted Times Square attack.

“There are a variety of reasons why I think people have taken these actions,” Holder told the House Judiciary Committee. “One, I think just look at each individual case. We are in the process how of talking to Mr. (Faisal) Shahzad to try to understand what it is that drove him to take the action.”

This proves Elena Kagan is an open and avowed socialist. The woman declares that socialists must stick together instead of fracture in order to advance a socialist agenda, which Kagan advocates. ¹

The left keep telling us to believe the Democrats. They quoted the CBO when it came to obamacare. Now we are finding out that the Democrats pulled a fast one on we the American people. The Republicans told us it would cost more then the CBO said.  The Republicans said that the Democrats are screwing we the people with this Democratic Party health care bill. Well it's only $115 Billion more then they said it would cost. And Obamacare doesn't do what they said it would do either. It doesn't fix the problem of health care costs to we the people. These Democrats are taking our money,our kids money and our kids kids money. And yet they aren't full yet with their greed. It's bad enough that they used our money to payoff their friends with the Stimulus bill. But I'm sure many of the Democrats that voted for them are falling off the Democratic Party wagon. The left haven't been sounding off with the same zeal they once had. They have finally realized that they were wrong. But there are still some out there that feel the Democratic party is doing the right thing for them. The nice thing is those people are becoming fewer and fewer thanks to the conservatives for opening their eyes to the fact that the Democrats are plundering our wealth in the name of "spread the wealth" and "social justice". The left wing that sound off on this blog will never admit they were wrong. They will just stop posting and slither away. It's time we all wake up to this criminal organization running our country into the ground so they can become rich and give "social justice" and reparations for our being a "outright mean country".

If the ungrateful American public rejects Obama's progressive policies, perhaps he should move his family to China where he is appreciated. You do have to love the honesty of the communist in China. Not since Mao has a leader been so admired by the communist. I'm sure that a communist knows what a communist is even though the Democratic Party says that they are not communist. I call it commi-dar. It's like gay-dar but with communist instead.

OBAMA has become the shirt of choice among criminals. It is common knowledge that our jails and prisons are full of liberals. But now they are coming in with the shirts to make it easier to identify them.  If you want to do something fun go to the court house or jail and count Obama stickers on the cars.
Then see if you can find one car with a McCain sticker. It's no wonder why the Democratic Party is pushing for convicts to vote. Who can blame these people for stealing? They only took from the "rich" and that is what the Democratic Party does, isn't it? All these criminals are doing is cutting out the middle man, Uncle Sam. The left will point out the few conservatives and call it equal but we all know what equal looks like. I'd like to know why the liberals think that this anomaly is happening?
