27% of Dems Want New Candidate in 2012

A new poll reveals that 27 percent of Democrats would like to see a candidate other than President Obama run for office in 2012. Some are even saying that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton could be that candidate.

At this point in Obama's ratings and the long term outlook of our economy Obama doesn't have a chance to win in 2012. But if both Obama and Hillary run against each other it will insure that neither will be president in 2012. The way I look at it the only hope the Democratic Party has to win in 2012 is if Obama bows out and let's Hillary run. I think Hillary has a much better chance of winning. What are your thoughts on this?

I Can't Wait To Hear Obama's "New" Jobs Plan

I'm getting so excited to hear what Obama's has planned for our economy now. I know he said he was lasering in on jobs creation and the economy since he took office. But this time he means it. Since Obama is "the smartest president ever" I'm sure he will come up with something new. If Obama wants to do more spending that hasn't worked, which is what got our credit rating downgraded, he would be crazy to plan on doing more of the same. Since Rick Perry of Texas created 47% of all the jobs in America since this recession started he will do what Perry did to actually create jobs in his state. Only a smart man would do what we know works and give up what hasn't ever worked.

Now I know the Democrats are saying that Obama has created jobs even though the economy has lost millions of jobs since he took office. That is part of the crazy the Democrats partake in. You can't only count the jobs created and forget about the unintended consequences of millions of jobs lost after his Stimulus bills. But the lunatic left don't use reality as their bases for their ideology.

Obama's new economic advisor has admitted the obvious that raising taxes slows jobs growth. He is also for the Fair Tax. Now the question will be is he for the Fair Tax alone or does he want to double tax us. Knowing Obama, he will want both. But that would just be stupid and counter productive.

We will see if Obama is as smart as Perry with jobs growth. At this point all Obama has done is talk about the economy and lasering in on jobs creation. Going around saying that the economy is on the right path and doing better even though every economic marker says the opposite is just stupid talk. I'm sure Obama is a real smart man, you just can't tell by listening to him. I hope you all as excited as I am about hearing what Obama has to say about lasering in on jobs, again.

What do you think Obama should do to laser in on jobs this time around? Should he do more of the same like a crazy person would? Or should he do what Rick Perry did and change his economic direction from far left to far right? Is Obama smart even though he doesn't understand the economy and hasn't gotten us out of the recession? If Obama does more of the same and expects a different result does that make him dumb, ignorant or crazy? Are you as excited as I am?

Obama Can Make A Comeback If He Changes His Liberal Ways.

Obama has a real chance to do what is right for him and the country. First he needs to give up his attacks on the Republican Party. It's time he starts acting like the POTUS. He needs to make a strong move to the middle if he wants to save his presidency. He also needs to piss off the left-wing of this country and world. Obama needs to realize that liberals are worthless to him because they will never be happy unless we become a socialist country were they get everything for free and don't have to work for anything. As far as I'm concerned those are the throw away Americans.

If Obama puts all his attention on the private sector to create jobs and less on spending and raising taxes it will serve us all. Now the liberals wont be happy with this because they wont get their free loading selves taken care of by the government. But most Americans want to work and that will do it.

Sen.Obama On The Debt

Open Thread:

Hannity vs Former Obama Economic Advisor

Discussions got heated between Sean Hannity and former chief economic advisor Austan Goolsbee while talking about jobless claims and the national debt. I like the way this guy handled himself in the interview. He is one of the few advisers that has the guts to take the hard questions on Fox News. I wish all Democrats were like this guy rather then the gutter snipe name callers that permeate the party. He gave clear answers and never backed down from the questions. It's a shame that Obama got rid of him.

What are your thoughts on this interview and the Democratic Party as a whole?

CBO Forecasts High Unemployment Until 2014 Or Longer. What Will A Double Dip Recession Mean To The Rest Of Us.

New U.S. claims for unemployment benefits rose more than expected last week, a government report showed on Thursday.Initial claims for state unemployment benefits rose 5,000 to 417,000, the Labor Department said.

The Congressional Budget Office released it's annual summer update of the budget and economic outlook on Wednesday and according to the CBO's projection, the national unemployment rate "will remain above 8 percent until 2014."
We know the Democrats and Obama blame everyone and everything under the Sun for this economy. That is Democratic leadership for ya.

All things are pointing to a double dip recession. You may be wondering what that means to you and the future of our economy. First off our debt will grow even faster then it is now, leaving those 53% of Americans that pay federal income taxes on the hook to have their taxes raised.

We will be even closer to an even bigger downgrade from our AA rating.

There will be even less money for States to balanced their budgets. We all know that the unions will be mighty pissed when they have to give even more up. They can't blame anyone but themselves for voting in Democrats that have controlled our country for the last 5 years. But we all know they wont blame themselves for anything.

Fewer people will be working and this will put more economic strain on both States and Federal governments.

As if the Democratic Party hasn't done enough already they will play their two notes, raise taxes on those that pay taxes and spend even more money. In other words punish those that are working and add to our debt.

Soon we will see cities and States going bankrupt. The public union retirees will be out of a pension. They will blame the Republicans rather then blame the Democrats for promising something we could afford. But that is just what children do.

It's no wonder that Democrats are on a rampage against Republicans. They can't run on their performance now can they? Things are bad and they are only going to get worse. The cost of food is still going up. And so is our health care premiums. Our houses are still going down and everything that was too big to fail is still too big to fail.

The solar cell companies that Obama touted as successful are going bankrupt. Obama has made our electricity prices go up by closing coal production mines in Michigan.

We have only just started to see the bad times.

Open Thread:Obama Approval Sinks to 38%. He Blames Racism,Tea Party,Republicans...and Earthquake

GALLUP: President Obama's job approval drops to 38% while he is riching it up on vacation. It seems most Americans are realizing that liberal policies don't work. I'm sure the president will find someone to blame for his approval rating and the lack of results. It's nice to know that the American people are starting to understand that the Tea Party has been right all along. Obama is change for the worse.

This is an open thread so debate what you want. There is a lot going on in this country and around the world. Speak you mind.

Social Security Disability Insurance To Run Out Of Money By 2017

Social Security disability insurance is set to run out of money by 2017. Social Security is soon to follow thanks to the Democratics Party inability to fix the problems that will be faced in the near future. My generation has already been told that SSI will not be there for us even though we have put our money into it. The Baby Boomers are now coming of the age when they are starting to use SSI and disability insurances.

The Democratic Party would rather say that the Republicans are trying to destroy these programes when all they want to do is make them solvent for the next generation. Since no one has the guts to stand up to those that would rather take all they can from the intitlements rather then take a little less now so the next generation has what they have paid for we will all be in trouble in the near future. The truth of the matter is the Democratic Party could care less that SSI Disability is going under. They could care less that people will die because they can't work and the insurance they paid into wont be there for them or their children if they ever need it.

The government and entitlements have been a failure to our society and because the failure wont show till the next generation they wont do anything about it. But when the money is gone before the Me Generation has had their fill maybe now something will be done about it.

What do you think the future of this country will look like when the next generation is told that they wont get what they paid for? What do you think the streets will look like when both SSI and Disability insurance are no longer solvent and their are no more tax payers to plunder for these programs? Do you think that there will be violence? Or will they just walk off and make due with nothing?

You better be ready to take in grandma and grandpa sooner then you think. Because this next recession is only going to make this matter come to head sooner then later. The next generation not only wont have the entitlements they paid for, they will have the debt they didn't incure and in the end they will have to do what SSI and Disability didn't do. They will have to take care of that generation or leave them to their own fate.

I have already planned to take care of my family and inlaws. Are you planning for the government to fail us? Because you know they will.

Teachers Union Insurance Scam Cost Tax Payers

Insurance Scam Driving Wisconsin Union DebateDo you remember the violent and disgusting demonstrations over Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker doing away with the collective bargaining for teachers’ unions?  Some school districts went from a $400,000 deficit to a $1,500,000 surplus as a result.  Why is that?
It seems that the insurance company that provided all the "so-called benefits” to the teachers was an insurance company owned and operated by the teacher's union .  Since they were guaranteed to get the insurance business from the teachers, and the State had to pay for it and not the teachers, they were increasing the annual costs every single year to become the most expensive insurance company in the state. Then the insurance company was donating millions and millions of dollars to their favorite (DemocRat) politicians, who when they got elected, guaranteed to keep funding the unions’ outrageous costs. In other words, the insurance company was a "pass through" for Wisconsin taxpayer money directly to the democratic politicians who kept the whole scandal going. Nice racket, and this is the racket that is going on in every single State that allows collective bargaining.  No wonder the States are taking it away.
Now that the State of Wisconsin is free to put the insurance contract out for bid, and lo and behold, they have saved so much money it has turned deficits into surplus amounts.  As a result, none of the teachers had to be laid off, everyone got a raise, etc, etc., and the taxpayers of Wisconsin don't have to pay more taxes to fund the union's political ambitions.
Thank goodness for the Tea Party and their hard work are electing respectable candidates or we would have even more coruption from the Democratic Party and the unions. It is the unholiest of unions. The students and tax payers are the ones that always get screwed. It's time we get rid of all these public unions. If this isn't proof enough for the corruption of the public unions and the Democratic Party then you are a fool. Public unions are making billions of $ off the back of the working tax paying class. Liberals are going to save the world no matter what it costs and the rich are going to pay for it. Guess what! If you've got a job, you're the rich.

Karl Rove Delivers An Absolutely Epic Blasting to Obama's Boy Bill Burton

You have to love the way Rove handed this guy his, @$$ to him. These liberals just don't have a chance against the truth. All they have is their half baked rhetoric and personal attacks. I'd like to see more of this from our presidential candidates. Rove is one smart guy that knows his stuff.
KARL ROVE: The president set up political battle. He had the votes in November and December of last year to get his, quote, "clean debt" ceiling. But instead, he said he wanted the Republicans to, quote, "have ownership" in the deficit. So, he waited until there is a Republican House and then tried to jam them, insisting on a clean debt ceiling. The Republicans said we want to have deficit reduction before we vote for an increase in the debt ceiling. They got it. The president applauded that bill and signed it.
So, you know, I love it. The Republicans passed a budget. The Democrats in the Senate haven't. The Republicans have passed a slew of job creating measures and the Democrats in the Senate haven't.
And the president now sits here and lectures us about how we need to take action. Well, what is his action? He has yet put pen to paper and issue a jobs plan or a deficit reduction plan in the last nine months.
BILL BURTON: You know, Karl --
ROVE: So, please, don't talk to me about ideological rigidity. It came from your White House.
(CROSSTALK)
BURTON: -- but as someone who is a leader in the White House that turned a record surplus into a deficit that got us involved in a war that we never shouldn't have been in and turned the floor of the New York Stock Exchange into a casino, I don't think the American people are quite ready to hear a lecture from you on good governance.
"FOX NEWS SUNDAY" HOST BRET BAIER: Hold on, Bill.
ROVE: You know, Bill --
BAIER: Hold on, Karl.
ROVE: I appreciate the insults, Bill --
(CROSSTALK)
ROVE: The fact of the matter is, is you talk about the financial difficulties we had in 2008, I remember your boss coming to the United States Senate in 2005 and blocking the bill that attempted to rein in Fanny and Freddie before -- while we still had in time to stop disaster from coming and your man joined in a filibuster by every Democrat of the reform bill and then turned around in October of 2008 and finally belatedly voted for it.
And you have you -- want to criticize the Iraq war, you got a secretary of state in your administration who voted for it.
BAIER: OK. Let me just ask the question that he posed originally and that is the plan. That is a lot of people asking, are asking where is the plan? Waiting on the speech. The Senate Democrats have not passed budget in x number of days, almost two years. What about answering that part of Karl's charges?
BURTON: OK. So, that piece of a question. What has the president done to create jobs? There are things that he could sign into law right now if Congress would move forward on it. The payroll tax, the infrastructure banks, trade deals.
BAIER: Well, the trade deals are still in the White House according to Republicans on Capitol Hill, that they haven't sent them over from the White House to Senator McConnell.
BURTON: OK.
BAIER: So, that's thing that's not over.
BURTON: The point is that there are things that Congress could do right now that could help to create jobs. And you're going to hear from the president very soon, on more ideas that he has about this.
And just back to one thing that Karl said -- Karl, yes, I was in that meeting where the president made that point to Eric Cantor. And the point was, yes, elections have consequences and what president needs in Washington are partners who will work with him to actually make progress in this country, not just people like Eric Cantor and John Boehner and Mitch McConnell who would much rather see the economy do poorly so that they can score political points than see America succeed.
ROVE: Bill, with all due respect -- do not question motivations and the integrity of the people on the other side. It's a really bad way to try and get partners. I don't --
(CROSSTALK)
ROVE: We can't have -- we can't have a predictive -- we can't have a political disagreement without me questioning your motivations. That's not a way to get partners.
(CROSSTALK)
BAIER: One at a time.
ROVE: You mentioned a series of ideas, the Democrats a hoping that
(CROSSTALK)
BAIER: Everybody has got to stop.
ROVE: And the president has yet to lay out -- the president has yet to lay out a plan. You mentioned the infrastructure bank -- Democrats have opposed infrastructure bank saying we don't have more money that the government can to lend to bailout certain businesses.
BURTON: Karl, the president --
(CROSSTALK)
BURTON: There's a difference between whether or not there's a plan or whether or not Karl Rove endorses it.
ROVE: The president has talked about -- yes, there is no the plan. The president has talked briefly, sort of raised a little bit of the curtain to suggest that he's going to ask for an extension to payroll tax holiday, temporary tax cuts don't encourage economic growth. We've had payroll tax cut this year and had we gotten robust economic growth as a result? No.
BAIER: OK. I'm trying to be the traffic cop here. And there's a little delay, Karl, so I know you can't hear right now when I try to jump in -- and I'm sure that's why haven't stopped when I have.
ROVE: Not really, Bret.

Liberal Protesters Arrested Over Proposed Canada-to-Texas Oil Pipeline

AP
Arrests are beginning outside the White House as police remove dozens of protesters who are hoping to convince President Barack Obama to block TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline.
The opening day of a two-week civil disobedience campaign, 50 protesters remain in jail after being arrested outside the White House on Saturday.
It seems that liberals just can't help being lawless will they destroy any progress in our economy and energy needs.

Maxine Waters said, ‘Tea Party Can Go Straight to Hell’

Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters had strong words for the Tea Party, saying they could go “straight to hell”.
Speaking at a forum in her California district, Waters vowed to push Congress to create more jobs, the Los

“I’m not afraid of anybody,” Waters told the crowd. “This is a tough game. You can’t be intimidated. You can’t be frightened. As far as I’m concerned, the Tea Party can go straight to hell.”
The Democrats just don't stand for anything any more. They just stand against everything. You can't create jobs with rhetoric and spending tax payers money that we do not have and raising taxes. It's no wonder we are heading for another recession without leaving the last one.

These idiots have been in total control and did everything they wanted and it didn't work. Doing more of the same is just crazy. But that is exactly what the Democrats want to do. I can't wait for 2012 when Americans clip the Democratic Parties wings for what they did to this country.

Ask, What Has Obama Done To Deserve Another Term?

Ask every Obama supporter you talk to, what has Obama done to deserve a second term. Tell them to do it without bashing Republicans. They can't do it. I know there are a lot of liberals that read this blog. I'd like to have one liberal or Democrat to answer this question.

We Are Going Into Another Recession Without Coming Out Of The First Recession

(Reuters) - Morgan Stanley slashed its global growth forecast for 2011 and 2012, saying the U.S. and the euro zone were "dangerously close to a recession", and criticized policymakers in Washington and Europe for not acting more decisively to contain the sovereign debt crisis.
The bank cut its global gross domestic product growth forecast to 3.9 percent from 4.2 percent for 2011, and to 3.8 percent from 4.5 percent for 2012.

"Our revised forecasts show the US and the euro area hovering dangerously close to a recession — defined as two consecutive quarters of contraction — over the next 6-12 months," Joachim Fels, who co-heads Morgan Stanley's global economics team, said in a research note dated Wednesday.

As gold hit new record highs of $1,832 an oz. Wall Street is rolling down hill fast. Unemployment is still crazy high after all these years. This is very bad news for the American people. Thanks to the Democratic party and Obama 1 in 5 children live in poverty here in America. The Democratic Party promised that this wouldn't happen if they pasted all their economic stimulus bills. But all those bills did was raise our national debt to unsustainable levels. We have yet to get out of the recession that Obama said he would get us out of. I have to say it, we conservatives told you nothing Obama did would work. We told you this would happen and it is. If you vote for more of this then you are just an anarchist.
Aren't you glade you prepared for this next round of recessions? If you are a liberal you didn't do anything. That is your MO.

Union Turn To Violence In Record Numbers Here In America

A group of striking janitorial workers blocking the Westfield Mall entrance taunt and scrap with security guards trying to open up the entrance. (h/t MoonBat Tracker and RebelPundit )

Forty-five thousand Verizon workers from Massachusetts to Virginia went on strike earlier this month after the contract for the company’s wireline division ended August 6. Workers are in protest to management asking for changes in the contract to strengthen the wireline business which has been in decline for more than a decade. Now some think one Brooklyn CWA post has possibly crossed the line calling for, among other things, torture:
“The voice of a representative encourages members to deal harshly with ‘managers and scabs.’
‘It is open season. Follow them safely, but when you get to a location, torture them, torture them with chants and noise. Be so loud that they can’t concentrate and wish they never got out of bed,’ says the recorded voice. Another part of the message states:
‘They are trying to break our union. Understand brothers and sisters, we can never let these [expletive] piece of [expletive] pigs break us. So, we are stepping up our efforts.’
The message stopped short of calling for physical violence, but it was removed after a NewsChannel 9 reporter called the CWA for comment. “

We’ve all heard the stories of shakedowns and bullying that occurs to many non-unionized workers and private business owners. However, the thuggery might have gone beyond the pale recently when one Ohio business owner was repeatedly harassed, then shot and almost killed, for allegedly being non-union.
John King owns one of Toledo’s largest non-union electrical contracting businesses. With 25 employees and an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, King’s business reportedly often thrives while other unionized electrical contracting businesses fail due to their higher rates.
However, King’s success may be making him a prime target for union thugs, including threats and violence.
King says he holds no animus towards the union, stating that he only ever wanted to do what he loved to do. Labor Union Report writes that after some college, King did a stint with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers before being drafted into the military. Following his service, King went solo and became the youngest independent electrical contractor in the Toledo area.
But King’s success, especially during the recession, may have come with a price, including lawsuits, harassment, slashed tires and multiple incidents of vandalism, just to name a few. LUR reports:
Unfortunately, being a non-union electrical company, King has always been on the radar of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). In fact, in 2006, he won a significant case against the IBEW at the US Court of Appeals, after the union had improperly promised his electricians jobs on union sites if they voted the union into King’s company.
Click here to find out more!

Since he’s been in business, in addition to the legal battles and verbal abuse, King’s company has been vandalized and threatened on numerous occasions.
“Back then, it was nothing to have to regularly buy a new set of tires,” King said during a telephone interview on Tuesday. “The ice pick was the weapon of choice.”
Until Wednesday, the worst of the union attacks on King and his business came in the mid-eighties during the UAW strike at AP Parts. During a lull in the lengthy strike, King’s business was picketed by more than 50 IBEW picketers. This was at a time when he only had eight or nine employees. One of his employees, whose car was trashed by the union picketers, was also reportedly assaulted by IBEW thugs.
Unfortunately, the vandalism has never stopped. This year alone, he’s had to report three incidents of damage . This doesn’t include the incidents of stalking he and his men have to go through while they’re working.
In one incident earlier this year, rocks were thrown through the front windows of his shop, one of which had the word “kill” written on it.
But last Wednesday the attacks grew more heinous when King discovered an individual on his property attempting to vandalize his SUV.  When King yelled at the man to stop, the vandal shot King, hitting him in the arm.
According to LUR, police recovered a shell casing from the scene the night of the shooting in addition to a Swiss Army knife. The knife was presumably going to be used to slash King’s tires yet again.
LUR reports that neither the police nor King are certain which union was behind the attack, but given that the word “SCAB” was scrawled on King’s vehicle, there is a good indication the incident was union-related.
King, who is offering a $10,000 reward for information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of the suspect, praised police for their thoroughness in the investigation.
We should perhaps also point out that King’s shooting comes on the heels of a controversial declaration made by the union that represents Verizon workers, when it declared “open season” on “managers and scabs.” The Blaze reported:
“The voice of a representative encourages members to deal harshly with ‘managers and scabs.’
‘It is open season. Follow them safely, but when you get to a location, torture them, torture them with chants and noise. Be so loud that they can’t concentrate and wish they never got out of bed,’ says the recorded voice. Another part of the message states:
WTOL brings us the report and interview with King:
Listen to him tell the tale, below:

Obama Is Screwing The Black Community And They Are "Tired" Of It

Obama and the Democratic Party passed a huge Stimulus Bill and many jobs bills in their first two years. Obama and the Democratic Party got everything they wanted. Most blacks voted for Obama and approved of what Obama was doing with a record 98% approval rating. They thought that Obama would raise up their condition, no matter what their condition was in society. Most blacks thought that having a half black president would mean more for them in the future. They thought Obama would take care of them like he has taken care of the unions. Heck, I thought he would take care of them too. But I was wrong.

All we have to look at is the Cause(the Bills passed) and the Effect(the outcome) of what has happened to the black community since Obama and the Democratic Party took over and passed every bill they wanted. They have lost decades of economic gains in just a few short years of Obama and Democratic Party policies. The Democratic Party and Obama handed out billions of our money too who they chose. The blacks look around and see all that money going into our debt and they are in worse shape as a community then they were before the Democrats started handing out money to their 'friends'.

To make things even worse, Obama isn't even going to any black communities on his bus tour. He is spending all his time with the whites. That speaks volumes to the black community. Blacks are starting to come out of the ether and realize what condition Obama and the Democratic Party put them in. Obama has lost 15% approval among blacks. After this bus tour I'm sure it will wake up many blacks to what the President and Democratic Party think of them. I'm sure Obama will make it up to them as an after thought in the campaign. But Obama said this isn't a campaign tour. It is an economic tour or jobs tour. Why is Obama only going to white areas to talk about jobs? Is it because he thinks that the jobs of the future will be held by whites? Does Obama not think the black community have much of a chance for creating jobs in their community?  When you look at the liberal educational system in black communities it doesn't give them much hope for a bright future. I just can't figure our what is going through Obama's head. The black community is suffering much worse then any other race. That is a fact. Why is that a fact? Liberals would have us believe that their race is the reason. But that is just racism with a smile.

I think that the black communities have given into the Democratic Parties promise of getting something for their votes. For decades now the Democratic Party have been trying to buy the minority and poor votes with promises of free stuff "Obama money". They don't promise jobs, they promise benefits for voting Democratic Party. Look at cities like Detroit that have been run down from the richest city in the world to a play I wouldn't let my dog rome. Detroit have voted for Democrats for over 50 years. The liberal culture destroyed Detroit, not blacks. It's time blacks bail from the Party and President that bailed on them. If blacks keep voting in these liberal idiots they will keep getting more of the same. I'd like to know what you think of the way blacks have fared over this presidency?

The Obama Blame And Bash RNC Bus Tour

Click on photo to view the bus vs. 'Beast' slideshow. (AP/Carolyn Kaster)
Click on photo to view the bus vs. 'Beast' slideshow. (AP/Carolyn Kaster)
Look at the size of his carbon foot print.

Didn't Obama say he was going to focus on jobs and the economy? While the rest of the nation is suffering in the Obama never ending recession our president is out tooling around the nation doing the only thing he knows how. Selling himself and his agenda and blaming and bashing the Republican Party for everything. All this community organizer can do is campaign and try and tell us that things aren't as bad as they seem. He can't run on his record or the promises he made the last time he ran for president.

This country has gone down hill fast since the president took office and he hasn't done anything to fix the fast dropping economy but talk a good game. I don't care how inept he has been but to just run and hide isn't presidential at all. If he wants to save America then he needs to be present in
Washington. Giving a hard sell to the American people while waisting our money isn't going to fix anything and he knows it. All this bus tour is is an early campaign paid for by the American people. Is that all we expect from a president? Is him getting a second term more important then fixing the economy and lowering our national debt?

The reason why Obama is taking this early campaign tour is so that he can hard sell his lack of results presidency. He knows that the economy is screwed for long after the next person gets into office and that is why he is trying to blow smoke up the American peoples butts. The hard sell and more empty promises of better times in the future are all he has. He doesn't have a plan to create jobs other then more of the same tax and tariff American businesses and spend even more money as if the debt was not a big deal all ready.

This bus tour is his last hope. He has lost 14% among black voters. Independents are running away from him in droves and most Americans know that he has put America on the wrong course. For Obama to save his presidency he needs to con the American people into thinking that this economy is the Republicans and Tea Parties fault. He will keep blaming the Republicans even though they just have control of 1/2 of 1/3 of the government. The Democratic Party had total control of all 3 branches of government for over 2 years as well as controlling both Houses of Congress in the last 2 years of the Bush presidency. But that can't stop Obama from community organizing his way out of this mess he and the Democratic Party made.

Americans are getting sick and tired of talk and promises of better times in the future. We know that the best times are in our past and that the Democratic Party had the power and they used it to lower the classes. The Democratic Party want more poor and fewer people paying taxes. It serves them and their buying of votes for longer unemployment. Americans don't want handouts for votes. We want the government to get out of the way and grow like TX has done. We don't want more of the same big spending theories. We want what has worked in other States and Countries. We want private sector growth.
President Obama is barnstorming the heartland to boost US jobs in a taxpayer-financed luxury bus the government had custom built -- in Canada.

The $1.1 million vehicle, one of two that Quebec-based Prevost sold the government, has been tricked out by the Secret Service with state-of-the-art security features and creature comforts.

Michele Bachmann Won Iowa Straw Poll:OPEN THREAD

Open Thread...
Michele Bachmann
Michele Bachmann is a three-term congresswoman and founder of the House Tea Party Caucus. She is a former attorney known for fiery attacks on President Obama. I couldn't be happier that she won. I really like her. She really gets under the MSM and liberals skin. I'm sure we will see how sexist the left-wing and Democrats can be. Just remember what they did to Hillary Clinton and she was one of their own?

Verizon Union Members Imprison Replacement Workers

Verizon employees looking to make a statement while on strike used chains and locks to prevent replacement workers from leaving a company office in Dormont on Wednesday.
Local police and fire crews had to be called to remove the bolts from the facility.
Unions will stop at nothing to take what they want. They break the law as if they are above the law. This is just the beginning. Actions like these and greed are what will be their down fall. The unions say they are on the side of American workers but their actions say another thing. They will destroy the middle class and our economy before they give up on cent.

What I'm afraid of is one day these union thugs will try and take on the wrong person. The
MSM will show the reaction rather then the unions actionthat caused it.

We are heading in the direction of Europe. Are you ready for what these left-wing organizations are bringing?

GOP Has Some Strong Candidates Running For President

Here are some of the best moments in the Iowa debates. The Bible tells wives to be submissive to their husbands. If she were president, would that apply to Michele Bachmann?
The question by conservative columnist Byron York drew boos from the audience.

The crowd sure was rambunctious last night. It was the most energetic GOP debate I've ever seen. My favorites were Bachmann,Cain and Ron Paul. I'd like to know what you thought of the candidates?

  • A Democratic National Committee memo which paints the Republican field of presidential contenders as Tea Party flaks pushing tired, divisive policies which elevate the rich and predicts much of the same at tonight's Fox News co-hosted debate in Ames, Iowa.

"As we expect to see tonight, the GOP candidates' extreme aims to appease the far-right wing of the Republican Party shows that Republicans are more concerned with protecting their special interest friends and the wealthy than protecting working families," the memo, penned by DNC National Press Secretary Melanie Roussell, reads.

"The GOP would rather seniors and the middle class sacrifice and the wealthy pay even less in taxes. Unlike President Obama, their policies would eliminate, not create, opportunities for the middle class."

Though Republicans are far from choosing their last man standing, the memo zeroes in on several top names.

"[T]he actions or lack thereof of candidates like Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty, Michele Bachmann and others are clear - these Republican candidates for President are not interested in leading. They simply want to please the far-right, extreme Tea Party base of their party because that is what being the standard bearer of the Republican Party today requires," says Roussell.

The memo is described as a state of play for media and "Democratic friends" which spells out the DNC's predictions for tonight's debate.

In it, Roussell predicts the GOP responses on a series of issues:

ON THE DEBT CEILING DEAL"Expect the overwhelming majority of the Republicans on the stage tomorrow night to proudly state that they would not have supported the bipartisan debt agreement that prevented our country from defaulting on its debt for the first time in history."

    S&P DOWNGRADE

The Democrats put the S&P downgrade at least partially in the laps of the Republican party, saying the party's obstinance to raising revenues was a determining factor.

"At a moment when America should have been their top concern, they put politics, party and rigid ideology first. And the Republican presidential candidates backed them up - and the GOP field will double down on that flawed approach to leadership tonight."

    ON SENIORS

"Both Mitt Romney and Tim Pawlenty endorsed a Cut, Cap and Balance proposal that would have cut Medicaid by one-third over 10 years and nearly half by 2050. According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, that alone could cause 36 million people to lose their Medicaid coverage, including individuals with disabilities and seniors in nursing homes."

    ON MITT ROMNEY

"Mitt Romney has consistently ducked and dodged on the most pressing issues facing America including the debt ceiling debate. Not only did he wait until 12 hours before the final vote to actually say something-leading one reporter to say Romney was in a "Mittness Protection Program"-he endorsed the Cut, Cap and Balance plan that would have harmed our economic recovery in the short-term while simultaneously hurting our long-term economic competitiveness all while putting a greater burden on America's oldest citizens and our most vulnerable. Look for him to reassert his support for Cut, Cap and Balance tonight."

    ON MICHELE BACHMANN

"To her credit Michele Bachmann did not actually vote for the Cut, Cap, and Balance - because she didn't think it was extreme enough! She told Fox News that America should pay off all our foreign creditors first, even if that means slashing Medicare and Social Security payments to America's seniors. We expect her to repeat similar sentiments tonight."

    ON HERMAN CAIN

"Additionally, look for Herman Cain to tout more failed economic policies like his support for a 'fair tax' for everyone, which even the Wall Street Journal editorial board called 'the most radical reform imaginable' and one that would 'hit hard the young, middle-income families.'"

Liberals Are Cutting Out The Middle Man And Providing 'Social Justice' Themselves

Liberals around the world are cutting out the Middle Man(Progressive government) and just looting from the 'rich'. This isn't just one crazy liberal out of millions. It is thousands and growing. These liberals are killing people and blowing up buildings in the name of liberalism. Liberals thought that by putting liberal governments in place they would have the government steal from those that have and give it to them. Just like the "Obama money" people in this country. But the truth is these liberals haven't gotten a dime out of this unholy deal with the liberal devil. That hasn't stopped them from taking what they want and destroying the rest.

Obama and the Democratic Party have been trying to spread the wealth. The problem is we are all more poor because of their liberal policies. We are seeing our future in Europe. It's a future Obama told us he was shooting for.

I feel the tipping point in this country will be when cities and States start going bankrupt and the union pensions get whipped out. If you think that the unions have been crazy when budgets are balanced and unions are asked to give a little back, just wait.

When you watch these videos of Europe, just think if this was your town.  Liberals are the same all around the world. Soon the liberals will realize that they are going to get richer by voting in a liberal government. They will also realize that there are still 'rich' people and they will start their theft and destruction here in this country. One day you may wake up and not have a job to go too because liberals burned it down. Or the business you had is now ashes like your 401k.

If you aren't prepared to defend what is yours then you better get on the ball. It's your job to protect what is yours. The police can't do anything. If the business owners in Europe had guns the looters might think twice about their mindless destruction of others property.

Watch as not one but thousands of liberals take to the streets and destroy everything in their wake. It is what they do. Riots have become a 100% liberal tactic. Maybe that is why liberals think so highly of Muslim terrorists. They are cut from the same destructive cloth.

An interview with Scott and the footage of him following a group of young looters around what he said is usually a lovely community is in this video.

These riots are the result of liberal policies

Santelli Blast CNBC Guest For Calling Tea Partiers ‘Freaked Out White Men Who Are Unemployed’

Everyone is getting sick and tired of the MSM narrative about the Tea Party. Get used to us because we are here to stay.

MoveOn Mob Threatens to Kick Down Boehner’s Door

More than a 100 protesters showed up at Boehner's Ohio office. The protest just happened to be organized by MoveOn.org and the person they interview here is from the SEIU. One woman kicks the door to the screams of "kick it down" behind her. These same liberals did nothing over the years when it was Pelosi,Reid and Obama. I'm sure well will be seeing even more of this as jobs numbers keep dropping and the economy keep going into recession. These union idiots will really be cracked when the cities and States start going bankrupt and leaving them without a pension or a pot to piss in.

    Union Thugs Show True Colors

    CONTENT WARNING for graphic language):
Another video posted referencing IBEW Local 827  on Tuesday shows how a semi-truck, apparently operated by the local Teamsters union, just happened to break down in front of the Verizon entrance, making it harder for people to enter:

    UPDATE:
According to a Verizon press release on Monday, there has been:
    • Ten incidents of fiber-optic lines being deliberately cut in the Bronx, Pomona, Farmingdale and Guilderland in New York; two separate incidents in Tewksbury in Massachusetts; incidents in Bel Air in Maryland, and East Dover, Oakland and Plainfield in New Jersey.
    • An outage due to stolen electronic equipment in Cedar Grove, N.J., affecting a local police department, among other customers.
    • An incident due to tampering with a heating system at a central office in Manhattan.

According to Verizon Chief Security Officer Mike Mason.
“In addition to inconveniencing our customers, these deliberate disruptions of our network have affected hospitals, paramedics, fire fighters, law enforcement and other first responders. Verizon is working closely with local authorities to investigate these sabotage incidents, and identify and prosecute those responsible to the fullest extent of the law. And we will not hesitate to terminate any employee who may be involved in these acts.
“In addition, there have been circumstances where union picketers are showing contempt for our customers by illegally preventing us from accessing the tools we need to serve them,” said Mason. “We are taking legal action to end this unlawful activity.”
Verizon is offering a $50,000 reward for “information leading to the arrest and prosecution of individuals that intentionally damage Verizon cables or facilities or cause or attempt to cause physical injury to any Verizon employee or contractor.”
Verizon urges anyone who witnesses sabotage of Verizon property or any suspicious activity to call 911 immediately, then call the Verizon Security Control Center at 1-800-997-3287.
The incidents of sabotage follow a weekend of protesters and inflatable rats descending on the homes of Verizon executives.

On Sunday, CWA and IBEW bosses called their members out on strike, following a break down in negotiations over health care costs. The union members work in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states including Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.
The last strike involving this unit was in 2000 and involved some 85,000 Verizon workers. Since that time, the unions have lost some 40,000 members as more and more customers turn toward Verizon’s wireless service, which is non-union.
In the 2000 strike, there were at least 455 incidents of sabotage, vandalism and harassment reported–including the near-electrocution of two Verizon strikers who mistakenly cut through a 13,000-volt power cable they thought was a phone line.
Due to the amount of union misinformation being spread in the media, Verizon has set up a website to address the various false claims made by the unions.

We Need A Leader That Leads

Both the left and right-wing see the lack of leadership from President Obama. After all his failed policies it's no wonder why he is afraid to do anything but campaign and talk on TV. That seems to be all he is good at. The economy is going to be in the crapper for the next two years and that is why the FED held interest rate low for this unprecedented long time. It shows what little confidence the FED has in what Obama has done to our economy. That one act speaks volumes about our economy over the next few years. Not only do they think it will be a rough ride but a long one as well.

Historic Drop In Stock Market: OPEN THREAD

The US $ is dropping fast. I understand Obama is skidish about leading right now since he is way over his head and has scewed up everything he has touched. But he need to stop feeling sorry for himself and stop drownding himself in his re-election campaigning. Doing nothing is worse then leading to the left, right or middle. Our country is at one of it's weakest times and Obama is acting like an immature child.

Weather we like it or not we need a leader that at least apperse to be strong and in control. He is the only president we have right now. Hidding his head in the sand and leading from behind will only make us weak and varnerable to our enemies, whoever they may be. Obama must put forward plannes that are comprehensive and have been proven effective in the past. Now is not the time to be trying to prove some proffesor in the Ivy Leagues theories right or wrong. Doing more of the same only adds to our debt and will not work, nor has it ever worked.

America Must Grow Their Economy And Stop Mindless Spending

Obama and the Democratic Party are doing what they do best. Find someone to blame rather then trying to fix the problem. Our President needs to focus on growing our economy. Since he doesn't have any business people in his administration it's no wonder our economy has been dead in the water. I pray he starts looking to those that have actually created jobs in the real world not some theoretical prof. We need those that have had success, not taught success in some classroom.

Obama will not be spending too much time trying to help our economy grow. He will talk about it but he wont do anything about it. For years now Obama has been telling us that he will now "laser in on jobs" and the economy. But then he does something else. We don't have a clear plan on how we will grow our economy out of this mess. It's hard to focus on making money when all you do is spend money. Obama doesn't like to make anything. He just likes to spend and campaign. That is what he is 'good' at. He has never created or made anything that makes money. He takes money.

Our small businesses are our economy. And they have been treated like a red headed step child. Just look at how this admin. has treated the Chamber of Commerce vs. how they have treated the "Too big to fail" businesses like GM.

A Fair Tax would help put our economy in the right direction. This would help bring back some of the manufactures afford to come back to this country. We need to fast track patents and make that whole process work faster. We need to match up new products with businesses here in this country that will produce them and sell them overseas. Government wont get us out of the mess they got us into. The best thing the government can do is get out of the way.

We are America. We are great and we will get out of this mess. I believe in the citizens of this country, even if our government doesn't believe in us. The stock market will tell us today what they think of the future. I know that no matter how bad the future looks we will come back from this. It might take years or decades but we will fix what has been broken.

As American voters we hold the cards. If you want the government to have power and control over you then vote for a Democrat. If you want to govern yourself then vote for a Republican. If you want businesses to grow and our economy to grow then we need to vote in successful business men and women. We need someone that will surround themselves with people that have grown businesses and made money. We need to ask small businesses what government is doing to make growth out of reach and change it. All businesses need to grow. Not just the ones that the government choses to help.

Our government needs to focus more on taxing imports and less on taxing those "rich" businesses that are creating jobs in this country. We have been taxing tobacco products for a long time now. Those added taxes have hurt the tobacco sales. Let's take what we have learned about taxes and put them to work for growth. A Fair Tax would get government out of the way of our growth. It would bring stability to our tax structure and our economy. And it would focus on growth.

Today the stock markets around the world will tell us what they think. The Democrats and our President will blame and campaign. We need someone to lead us while the Democrats do what they do best. We need leaders to focus on the future so we don't keep getting downgraded. We need viable solutions to lower our debt and growing our economy. We don't need a leader that talks about doing something but never gets around to it. We need doers not talkers.

We all know that the future is going to be harder then our past. I'd like to know what your thoughts are on the state of our nation, the world and our future?

U.S. Credit Rating Downgraded: Thank Obama And The Democratic Party For Their Mindless Spending

Click here to find out more!
Democrats never think through anything. These idiots are still pounding the "spend more money" drum as if there was any money left. This will have an effect on our weak economy. But the real cost will come when the middle class Americans go and buy a car or house or anything on credit. When you can't afford to buy that new Ford because the payment is too high you know who to blame. And when Ford doesn't sell as many new vehicles remember who wanted to keep spending your money like their was no tomorrow. We gave into raising the debt and this is what happens. I'm sure the stock market and your 401k and pension will be hurting because of this news.

    OBAMA CHANGE FOR THE WORSE!

We have only just started to pay for the policies of Obama and the Democratic party. This ride ain't over yet. Buckle up it's going to be a rough ride.

What Is the President Doing to Help the Economy Besides Going to Fundraisers?

TAPPER: Well, what is the president doing? We know that he went to a -- -- he went to fundraisers last night. What's he doing today?

    CARNEY: Jake, that is --

TAPPER: What is he doing --

CARNEY: The president -- as the president has worked --

TAPPER: We hear him hectoring Congress about all the stuff that needs to be done to help create jobs --

CARNEY: That's right. And Congress --

TAPPER: -- and then he flew off to Chicago. What is he doing today?

CARNEY: The president is having meetings with his senior staff. The president has called on Congress to move quickly on things that have bipartisan support and are in Congress's lap, the trade --

TAPPER: The same stuff he was doing a couple months ago, calling on Congress to pass things.

CARNEY: Congress has the power to pass legislation that the president can sign. The actions that it can take could create more jobs right now, if it passed the patent reform, if it passed the free trade agreements. And as you know, there are other issues that the president encourages and will push hard for the Congress to take up when it returns from its recess, including extension of the payroll tax cut, which would put -- which has this year put an additional $1,000 in the pockets of every American, or typical American family. And he believes we need to do that again next year, because that assists those families in having them -- you know, giving them the ability to make ends meet, and puts money back into the economy, which in turn sustains businesses and creates jobs.  And he will continue to come up with and propose measures that we in Washington together can take to spur further economic growth and job creation.

TAPPER: Has he called Mitch McConnell? Has he called John Boehner? Has -- is he working on things that they can do? If every --

CARNEY: Jake, I don't -- I know you weren't here yesterday, but I know you were here for most of the days before that, when this president and those leaders and others worked seven days a week to avert a major economic crisis in this country that would have made –-

TAPPER: You’re the one always saying the president can walk and chew gum at the same time. I'm asking you --

CARNEY: Well, what are -- are you asking me what -- he is -- he is focused --

TAPPER: Other than calling on Congress to pass things you've been calling on Congress to pass for months, what is he doing to help the economy?

CARNEY: He is working very closely with his senior economic advisers to come up with new proposals to help advance growth and job creation. He is working with members of Congress to help advance growth and job creation. And he will continue to do that. There are things that Congress can do now to create jobs, and they should. There are things that Congress will be able to do when they return from recess to help create jobs and spur growth, and they should. And he looks forward to working with Congress to do that.

You've got to love it when the MSM wakes up to reality. Maybe someone will finally ask Obama what he meant by Change? At this point it has all been Change for the worse.
Carney had no answers.  Tapper was right when he said that it was the same thing he, obamaReppublicans, the Tea Party , thae lasck of bipartisonship, big buisness, oil, gas,  lack of a friendly eco system, the sun, the moon, and prbably even Fox and all right wing commentators.  Yes we have a President that is doing something but sure isn';t doing something that helps the country.
A little wallstreet birthday gift for you Mr. President. Hurry up and blow out your candles. There are still a few more sectors of the american country to destroy.
Obama and the Democratic Parties idea for jobs creation is to raise taxes on businesses. Let me ask you something. When we raised taxes on tabbaco products sales went down by 12%, right? If we raised taxes on imports it slows import growth. How could anyone in their right mind think that raising taxes would do anything other then slow jobs growth in this country?

No Excuses Obama’s Jobs Jibberish Isn’t Working

Talk is cheap...time to DO SOMETHING!

Obama doesn't give a-damn about anybodies job except those of the unions.

The government does not and can not create jobs...only the private sector can create jobsThe main stream media is doing everything they can to prop Obama and the Democratic Party up. It's like watching a comedy show watching them spin everything the President and Democrats do. The liberal economic theories aren't working. It's time we start looking at the facts of what the liberal agenda has done to our economy and the world economy. It's not just the Tea Partiers that are saying the Obama policies are dragging us down. World leaders are saying the same thing. We all know what Obama is doing to Boeing and now to the electric companies. This will not create jobs. If companies want to do business in this country who in their right mind would make it more difficult? Who in their right mind would make energy costs go up by closing coal mines? Does that help the manufacturing we have left? Is making energy and labor more expensive in this country going to keep jobs here? The policies aren't working. They have never worked anywhere but in the minds of liberal professors and liberal ideologues. More of the same will do nothing but break our economy faster. We are only seeing the tip of the iceberg on what the Obama liberal policies have done to this country. Our Campaigner and Chef has been community organizing our country to look like the inner city of Detroit. But he has no problem partying it up and collecting $35,800 checks from the "rich fat cats".
