"Take off them bedroom slippers and put on some marchin' boots'...and "Stop complainin' ". He didn't tell Asians and whites to stop their "complainin'". He told the blacks. This isn't a good way to shore up your base.

This is who the Democrats choose to put in front of America. They are in sorry shape if this is the best of the best.
After all that she says that Obama should focus on taking care of the African-American community. This is what it all comes down to with these liberals, color of skin. Is this the "Unity" Obama was talking about? It seems like racism is worse now under Obama. "Change"?
The unemployment rate for black Americans spiked to a shocking 16.7% in August, up from 15.9% the previous month. It's now the highest it has been during Barack Obama's presidency, up from the previous record of 16.5% in March and April 2010.
ReplyDeleteThe unemployment rate for black males rose a whole percentage point to 18%. Even more staggeringly, the black youth unemployment rate in August was 46.5%, up from 39.2% in July.
Some people actually believe government can create jobs by taxing and borrowing from people with jobs and then giving that money to people without jobs. They call this demand stimulus. To make matters worse, other people think these demand-stimulus ideas warrant a serious response.
Government taxes cigarettes to stop people from smoking, not to get them to smoke. Government fines speeders so they won't speed, not to encourage them to drive faster. And yet contrary to common sense, it seems perfectly natural to some people that government would tax people who work or companies that are successful only to give to another group.
We don't need the Democratic Party hand outs. They more hand outs they offer the worse the black communities get. Blacks, like all Americans don't need the governments help. They have helped enough.
The police officer videoed spraying what appears to be pepper spray into the eyes of peaceful protesters in New York City on Saturday has found Internet fame as online activists target him in traditional hacker fashion: By releasing all his personal and professional data online in an attack known as a dox. The last few months have seen the online activism of Anonymous moving into the real world with direct actions like the Op-BART demonstrations in San Francisco and the ongoing Occupy Wall Street protest in New York. The spread of this video blurs the line between online and real-world activism once more as the wider digital population of Anonymous targets the officer for retaliation by going after his data, his identity, and his job in a classic bit of hactivism.

There comes a time for civil disobedience. It's the only way change has ever come about. Either that, or outright violent revolution.
Clearly, the politicians in Congress are all owned by the same system that the cops are being sent out to protect. The powers-that-be are doing so nicely that they want no changes to anything.
Couldn't that just mean that they are going to keep reporting the names of police officers who break the law?
I don't see any violent threat.
If anything, maybe I'm wrong, I see it as a message "we know who you are, and if you break any laws by violating the civil rights of Americans, we will expose you".
And we should care? Why? Let them all drive themselves into the ground.

ReplyDeleteSCSMITH, I will not let you post the police officers name, address and family info. I also will not let you threaten. Calling for violence against those that protect and serve us is against the law.
ReplyDeleteSC Smith is from the Democratic Underground blog. They have been calling for violence at numberous blogs. You are the first to call them out on it.
ReplyDeleteNo other comment than Sheila Jackson-Lee is an embarrassment to the state of Texas
