The NAACP in coalition with other civil rights groups filed a class action lawsuit today challenging Arizona’s new law requiring police to demand "papers" from people they stop who they suspect are not authorized to be in the U.S. If an individual is caught without papers they can be arrested and jailed. The extreme law, the coalition charged, invites the racial profiling of people of color, violates the First Amendment and interferes with federal law.

They know by now that the Arizona law only enforces the federal law already on the books. The NAACP also knows the language of the law makes it ILLEGAL for the police to "racially profile". So why is the NAACP trying to not give the whole picture on this Arizona law? This seem like nothing less then the NAACP giving false information in order to inflame racial tensions among their members. It does serve them to make a racial issue out of almost everything they can. And they are damn good at it. I was looking for an article about the fact that obamacare covers the cost of abortions with tax payer money. Since 80% of Planed Parenthood is in black and minority areas I'd thing that would be of interest to the NAACP. But killing black babies with tax payer money isn't a top priority since the Democrats alone put it into the bill they alone past. I say black babies because that is the majority of abortions and who the NAACP focuses on. The second biggest race killed by abortions is Hispanics. I think it would behove conservatives of all races to look at the NAACP web page and what the really stand for. It looks like the Democratic party has control over that web site and the NAACP. People in glass houses should throw stones and that means you liberals and your organizations. The NAACP better clean up it's own organization before they try and mark the Tea Party as racist without any tangible proof. Journalism is dead thanks to liberals. Just look at what they have been doing. We were called conspiracy nuts when we said this was happening. But now we know the mainsteam media is in it with the altra-liberals Obama admin. We have seen that they have used the race care to stop us conservatives. We have seen the mainstream media lie about abortions being covered under obamacare and the effectiveness of the stimulus. The mainstream media didn't cover the communist Van Jones story or the criminal organization of ACORN. But they have no problem blaming Fox News for "destroying Shirley Sherrods life". Even Shirley blames the Obama admin for it.

Documents Show Media Plotting to Kill Stories on Rev. Wright

 

It was the moment of greatest peril for then-Sen. Barack Obama’s political career. In the heat of the presidential campaign, videos surfaced of Obama’s pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, angrily denouncing whites, the U.S. government and America itself. Obama had once bragged of his closeness to Wright. Now the black nationalist preacher’s rhetoric was threatening to torpedo Obama’s campaign.
 The crisis reached a howling pitch in mid-April, 2008, at an ABC News debate moderated by Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopoulos. Gibson asked Obama why it had taken him so long – nearly a year since Wright’s remarks became public – to dissociate himself from them. Stephanopoulos asked, “Do you think Reverend Wright loves America as much as you do?”
 Watching this all at home were members of Journolist, a listserv comprised of several hundred liberal journalists, as well as like-minded professors and activists. The tough questioning from the ABC anchors left many of them outraged. “George [Stephanopoulos],” fumed Richard Kim of the Nation, is “being a disgusting little rat snake.”
 Others went further. According to records obtained by The Daily Caller, at several points during the 2008 presidential campaign a group of liberal journalists took radical steps to protect their favored candidate. Employees of news organizations including Time, Politico, the Huffington Post, the Baltimore Sun, the Guardian, Salon and the New Republic participated in outpourings of anger over how Obama had been treated in the media, and in some cases plotted to fix the damage.
 In one instance, Spencer Ackerman of the Washington Independent urged his colleagues to deflect attention from Obama’s relationship with Wright by changing the subject. Pick one of Obama’s conservative critics, Ackerman wrote, “Fred Barnes, Karl Rove, who cares — and call them racists.”
 Michael Tomasky, a writer for the Guardian, also tried to rally his fellow members of Journolist: “Listen folks–in my opinion, we all have to do what we can to kill ABC and this idiocy in whatever venues we have. This isn’t about defending Obama. This is about how the [mainstream media] kills any chance of discourse that actually serves the people.”
 “Richard Kim got this right above: ‘a horrible glimpse of general election press strategy.’ He’s dead on,” Tomasky continued. “We need to throw chairs now, try as hard as we can to get the call next time. Otherwise the questions in October will be exactly like this. This is just a disease.”

Shirley Sherrod defended herself today from charges of racism stemming from the video  released on Big Government yesterday.The video showed Ms Sherrod, USDA Georgia Director of Rural Development, speaking at an NAACP Freedom Fund dinner in Georgia. Ms Sherrod, who is a  federally appointed bureaucrat lays out in shockingly lays out that how race played a part in executing her duties.Sherrod was forced to resign almost immediately after the video was posted. Incredibly, it  seems however that her firing was less about what she said in the speech,  and more about the story being broadcast on Fox News.In interviews today, Ms Sherrod describes what was behind her speech and how, after the video cuts off,  she explains that moment was a turning point in her life where she learned to beyond race.It still doesn't change the way the NAACP crowd acted when she said those racist remarks.I'd like to know where is the proof that she is right? The mainstream media is just buying what she is selling without any proof. I'm not saying she's lieing but she is trying to save her job. Are they even sure that that farmer and his wife are the ones she is talking about? Even so she said she help them but just not as much as she could have. And don't forget the part where she says that blacks need to get jobs at the USDA because they don't fire anyone.

Caught on Tape: Obama Official Discriminates Against White Farmer

This is a video in which Shirley Sherrod, USDA Georgia Director of Rural Development, speaks at the NAACP Freedom Fund dinner in Georgia. In her meandering speech to what appears to be an all-black audience, this federally appointed executive bureaucrat lays out in stark detail that her federal duties are managed through the prism of race and class distinctions. In the first video, Sherrod describes how she racially discriminates against a white farmer. She describes how she is torn over how much she will choose to help him, and she admits that she doesn’t do everything she can for him because he is white. Eventually, her basic humanity informs her that this white man is poor and needs help. But she decides that he should get help from “one of his own kind.” She refers him to a white lawyer. Sherrod’s racist tale is received by the NAACP audience with nodding approval and murmurs of recognition and agreement -- hardly the behavior of the group now holding itself up as the supreme judge of another groups’ racial tolerance. There is nothing even close to this going on within the Tea Party. And if it did then the Tea Partiers pushed them out. This is sickening to watch and I can only imagine what it would have been like for the blacks back 60 years ago. But is that where we want to go back too? Do we really want to keep racism alive and well but in reverse? If that kind of treatment wasn't right fro whites to do to blacks then why is it no big deal when blacks of power do it to whites? We need to hold everyone to the same standards. And we need to get rid of the concept of black,white,yellow and brown. We have all decended from Adam and Eve. We are not different forms of the evolutionary chain like most schools teach. We are all one blood and of equal value in the eyes of God. I would expect that the NAACP come out witrh a press release condeming their organization of provable racism among thier ranks and file. They have politicaly branded the Tea Party as tolorant of racism without any proof. Lets see if they hold themselves to the same standards as they hold others to.

MSNBC was the first network to cover this new presidential order. This is so far past partisan bickering. This is not even close to being constitutional. All you patiotic Americans need to tell all your friends about this order. The president can not have the right to murder Americans like this. We must be the ones telling Americans the dangers President Obama has put us in. I know this blog has many readers more articulate then I am that can give us more information on the new Presidential murder program. I believe any man that is for the killing of a baby born alive from a botched abortion is capable of doing anything to anyone. And Obama is that kind of person.
