They know by now that the Arizona law only enforces the federal law already on the books. The NAACP also knows the language of the law makes it ILLEGAL for the police to "racially profile". So why is the NAACP trying to not give the whole picture on this Arizona law? This seem like nothing less then the NAACP giving false information in order to inflame racial tensions among their members. It does serve them to make a racial issue out of almost everything they can. And they are damn good at it. I was looking for an article about the fact that obamacare covers the cost of abortions with tax payer money. Since 80% of Planed Parenthood is in black and minority areas I'd thing that would be of interest to the NAACP. But killing black babies with tax payer money isn't a top priority since the Democrats alone put it into the bill they alone past. I say black babies because that is the majority of abortions and who the NAACP focuses on. The second biggest race killed by abortions is Hispanics. I think it would behove conservatives of all races to look at the NAACP web page and what the really stand for. It looks like the Democratic party has control over that web site and the NAACP. People in glass houses should throw stones and that means you liberals and your organizations. The NAACP better clean up it's own organization before they try and mark the Tea Party as racist without any tangible proof. What do you think about the NAACP title of this article on their web site?
Alls I can say is....... LMAO! They are dumber everyday and every time they open their racebait mouths.
ReplyDeleteThey obviously have not read the law.
The NAACP read the law and that is why it's a racist law. All I can say is social justice is here to stay.
ReplyDeleteDam The NAACP Read The Law And Thats Why Its A Racist Law! Crap Is Not What All The Crap Is Abiout Right Now? Hey NO NAME Where Is The Dam Law Racist? Its Not And YOU Are! WOW
ReplyDeleteBut statements like these written by a white TEA BAGGER doesn't inflame racial tensions...
ReplyDelete"Freedom means having to work for real, think for ourselves, and take consequences along with the reward. That is far too much for us Colored People and we demand it to stop!"
Mark Williams Tea party express
Joe that was writen as a sarcastic letter. Why are you doing to Mark Williams what you did to Shirley Sherrod? Why are you editing what he wrote Joe? You really are a piece of work. Joe you need to hold yourself to the same standard as you hold us. And we need to hold you to the same standard as well. Stop bearing fauls witness Joe.
ReplyDeleteChris, yes let me provide the whole Marc williams experience.
ReplyDeleteFirst we have his attack on the name of the group...
“I am disinclined to take lectures on racial sensitivity from a group that insists on calling black people, ‘Colored,’” Mark Williams, national spokesman of the Tea Party Express, told CNN.
then we have his NPR frothings
WILLIAMS: "You’re dealing with people who are professional race baiters, who make a very good living off this kind of thing. They make more money off of race than any slave trader ever. It’s time groups like the NAACP went to the trash heap of history where they belong with all the other vile racist groups that emerged in our history."
and finally the grand finale...
Dear Mr. Lincoln
We Coloreds have taken a vote and decided that we don’t cotton to that whole emancipation thing. Freedom means having to work for real, think for ourselves, and take consequences along with the rewards. That is just far too much to ask of us Colored People and we demand that it stop!
In fact we held a big meeting and took a vote in Kansas City this week. We voted to condemn a political revival of that old abolitionist spirit called the ‘tea party movement’.
The tea party position to “end the bailouts” for example is just silly. Bailouts are just big money welfare and isn’t that what we want all Coloreds to strive for? What kind of racist would want to end big money welfare? What they need to do is start handing the bail outs directly to us coloreds! Of course, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is the only responsible party that should be granted the right to disperse the funds.
And the ridiculous idea of “reduce[ing] the size and intrusiveness of government.” What kind of massa would ever not want to control my life? As Coloreds we must have somebody care for us otherwise we would be on our own, have to think for ourselves and make decisions!
The racist tea parties also demand that the government “stop the out of control spending.” Again, they directly target coloreds. That means we Coloreds would have to compete for jobs like everybody else and that is just not right.
Perhaps the most racist point of all in the tea parties is their demand that government “stop raising our taxes.” That is outrageous! How will we coloreds ever get a wide screen TV in every room if non-coloreds get to keep what they earn? Totally racist! The tea party expects coloreds to be productive members of society?
Mr. Lincoln, you were the greatest racist ever. We had a great gig. Three squares, room and board, all our decisions made by the massa in the house. Please repeal the 13th and 14th Amendments and let us get back to where we belong.
Sincerely
Precious Ben Jealous, Tom’s Nephew NAACP Head Colored Person
lol.... i am glad that you suggested this, because its enlightening how stupid the entire letter is. He uses the term "Massa", makes a reverse "Uncle Tom reference, repeatedly references the old fashioned term coloreds (due to it being in the name adopted in 1910) but i digress.
To you its satire, to me even if he attempted to be satirical he failed and he relied on racist stereotypes to attack the NAACP. Its a clear indication of how he thinks and i am glad that at least other intelligent Tea Party types saw it and did something about it.
