Left-Wing And Unions Plan Economic Terrorism

It's hard to say that unions like SEIU want to do what is best for the country after listening to what the SEIU leaders had to say about doing economic terrorism of this country. A terrorist act like this would be devastating to our country. They must know this with as much as the union leaders have gone to thew White House. These are the people President Obama spends most of his time with. It make me wonder about our President and if he isn't in cahoots with these left-wing terrorist groups. I can only hope he isn't, but it sure does look suspicious having so many radicals in the White House all the time. These are the weapons community organizers use to cause chaos to take control of power.

Union members must think about how causing another banking crisis will effect them personally. Will they have a pension or a 401K if the union and left-wing succeed? Union members and the left-wing need to stop thinking the way the unions want them to think and start thinking on how their actions will personally effect them. If the union members and left-wing keep thinking of the collective the only winners will be the people that end up with power after they have destroyed what we all have.

After seeing all the chaos, hate, violence and disrespect for person and property these unions and left-wing have we must take them for what they are. We can see why the left-wing has held hands with the Islamic extremists. But union members and left-wing need to ask themselves if that is who they are.

After 9/11 we asked where the moderates Muslims were? Why weren't they standing up against the extremists in their religion. I'm asking the same thing about union members and moderate left-wingers. Where is your outrage? If you are not against these radicals in the union leadership then you are with them. To say nothing and to do nothing makes you part of the problem. United you stand and united you will fall. The voice of the moderates in the union better start speaking out before they go down with the union ship.

Can the union members take a Hippocratic oath of doing no harm? Can the union members rise up against the call for economic terrorism and get a leadership that represents them rather then this radical agenda of their current leaders?

Things are bad enough as they are without having to worry about the enemy within. You better think about what side you are on. Because if you aren't against this radical union leadership or you are with them. Silence isn't an option. And putting your head in the sand is no different then standing with them. These are hard times and the union leaders and left-wing want to make them harder. Is that what you want?

A former official of one of the country’s most-powerful unions, SEIU, is detailing a secret plan to “destabilize” the country.
Specifically, the plan seeks to destroy JP Morgan, nuke the stock market, and weaken Wall Street’s grip on power, thus creating the conditions necessary for a redistribution of wealth and a change in government.
The former SEIU official, Stephen Lerner, spoke in a closed session at a Pace University forum last weekend.
The Blaze procured what appears to be a tape of Lerner’s remarks, many of which many Americans will no doubt sympathize with. Still, the “destabilization” plan is startling in its specificity.
Lerner said that unions and community organizations are, for all intents and purposes, dead. The only way to achieve their goals, therefore–the redistribution of wealth and the return of “$17 trillion” stolen from the middle class by Wall Street–is to “destabilize the country.”

The black population is declining in a growing number of major cities — more evidence that the settlement pattern of African Americans is changing as they disperse to suburbia and warmer parts of the nation.

2010 Census data released so far this year show that 20 of the 25 cities that have at least 250,000 people and a 20% black population either lost more blacks or gained fewer in the past decade than during the 1990s. The declines happened in some traditional black strongholds: Chicago, Oakland, Atlanta, Cleveland and St. Louis.

The loss is fueled by three distinct trends:

•Blacks — many in the middle or upper-middle class — leaving cities for the suburbs.

•Blacks leaving Northern cities for thriving centers in the South.

•The aging of the African-American population, whose growth rate has dropped from more than 16% in the 1990s to about 10% since 2000.

"In the Northern cities, a lot of young blacks who might have grown up in cities are leaving maybe the entire region," says William Frey, demographer at the Brookings Institution who analyzed the data. "They're going to the Sun Belt and particularly the South. The ones who stay in the area want to move to the suburbs."

Atlanta's loss of blacks tripled since 2000 to almost 30,000. The percentage of blacks in the city shrank to 53% from 61%. But in Atlanta's vast metropolitan area, the black population soared 40% to 1.7 million, a clear indication that many spread out to suburban counties. The Atlanta region has the second-largest black population after New York.

• The trend is playing out differently in Chicago. The city lost more than 200,000 residents, and more than 180,000 of them were African-American. In the metropolitan area, the black population fell 3.5% to 1.6 million, pushing it 66,000 below metro Atlanta's. "Sadly for Chicago, I think in large part it's the weather," says Chinwe Onyeagoro, CEO of O-H Community Partners, a Chicago-based economic development consulting firm.

Sunny skies and warm temperatures are luring not only retirees but also young professionals who may have friends or relatives in the Sun Belt — Atlanta and Houston in particular, she says.

Suburbs anywhere are a huge draw.

"Typically, middle-class African-American families make the same kind of choices that white families have made for some time," Onyeagoro says. "As soon as kids are school-age, they move to the suburbs." Suburbs are also luring lower-income blacks who are leaving neighborhoods that don't have supermarkets and other retail, she says.

Recent Census surveys show that the District of Columbia's black population declined since 2000. Census data will be released this week for Washington and other major cities, including New York.

The drop also can be partially attributed to a declining black fertility rate and the aging of the black population, says John Logan, director of US 2010 Project at Brown University, which studies trends in American society. "We're starting to see the graying not only of the white population but of the black population," he says.

I can't believe that this kind of thinking exists in this country today. They make blacks sound like migrating birds or some other animal. The stereo typing of this article is sickening to me. Are blacks any different then whites for wanting to move to warmer weather or suburban living? How is the color of their skin or the color of my skin make any difference in their "migration"? Why are they focusing on the color of skin?

It's as if the media is trying to divide us by color. I reject this kind of thinking. I reject the thinking that we are many races. We are one race, different like snowflakes but still snow. The color of my skin doesn't say anything about me, unless I let it. 

Maybe we need to look at ideology instead of color of skin. Could it be that blacks are leaving the cities for the same reason that whites did? The cities that have had a Democratic Party monopoly for decades are failing. Look at the schools, look at culture and crime. Look at city government and what ideology has been running these cities into the ground. There is a reason why the left-wing keeps pointing at the color of skin. It diverts us from looking at the real problem that is causing people from leaving the cities. The media needs to stop treating blacks like they are some lower form of animal on the Darwinian chart. We are all related to Adam and Eve. We are equal to each other, but not equal to animals. All people are above the animals, we are not animals and neither are our black brothers and sisters.

President Barack Obama says he's intervening to prevent atrocities in Libya. But details of behind-the-scenes debates at the White House show he's going to war in part to rehabilitate an idea...the president and some of his advisers are so eager to rehabilitate the idea of preventive intervention that they're exaggerating the violence they say they are intervening to prevent in Libya. "The effort to shoe-horn this into an imminent genocide model is strained," says one senior administration official. That's dangerous. Americans deserve an honest explanation when their leaders take them to war.

Obama and his aides know they are taking a big risk. "It's a huge gamble," says the senior administration official. The administration knows, for example, that al Qaeda, which has active cells in Libya, will try to exploit the power vacuum that will come with a weak or ousted Gaddafi.

"On the military side there was a lot of skepticism in the initial days that a no-fly zone by itself was going to achieve what we wanted militarily," says a senior administration official. Another senior administration official is blunter: "[Secretary of Defense Robert] Gates tried to stop it."

Can you believe Time is saying this? "Obama lied and people died!" Did you know that Bush had more coalition support for Iraq then Obama has for this war in Libya? People are even saying that Obama is taking Al Quida's side in Libya. Congress is asking why Obama went to war illegally without Congress? Unions Getting Out Of Control

Service Employees International Union chanted  and became quite vociferous in the lobby of ESSA Bank's headquarters, demanding to meet with the bank's president and CEO, Gary Olson, who is also chairman of the hospital's board of directors. I think people are getting sick and tired of the union bullies. People can see that unions don't create anything. The do however destroy a lot when they don't get their way. It's time to show these idiots who is the boss and fire them.

“Be careful, brother, how you handle this situation because it is coming to America! It has already started. Look in Wisconsin! Look in Ohio! Look at what’s going on in your country! And remember your words because the American people are rising against their own government: It’s not Muslims; it’s not Black people! It’s White militias that are angry with their government, and they are well armed. Are you going to tell them-’Put your arms down, and let’s talk it over peacefully?’ I hope so. But if not, America will be bathed in blood, not because Farrakhan said so, but because the dissatisfaction in America has reached the boiling point. Be careful how you manipulate the dissatisfaction in Libya and other parts of the Muslim world,” he warned.

I Found Obama. He's Working Hard

These are some of the hardest times this country and world has ever seen. It's nice to know we have a leader and not some schmuck on a trip. I just wish he could act like a leader even if he doesn't have it in him. We are in three wars now and he's playing footsies in Rio like a care free doopidy doo. Obama has to be the most clueless president since Carter. We need a leader. A real leader. One that leads and acts like a leader. I'm getting sick of Obama going around the world and stirring things up like a community organizer and then running away. He acts like he doesn't know how much power he has or how to use the power wisely.

Liberals must be thinking,"I thought Obama was suppose to stop the wars not make more of them?" I would think liberals must be coming unhinged about being in three wars and going no where fast in one war. Hey, at least he closed Gitmo like he promised. Made unemployment drop,create jobs,lower the debt,get rid of the Patriot Act,give us freedoms instead of taking them... How is Obama's promise of walking with the union protesters going? Are you liberals better off now after almost 3 years of it? Or do you feel like you're getting screwed and lied too so it doesn't hurt so much? I know most of you liberals hate obamacare and know it's a failure. Everything you liberals hated about Bush, President Obama is still doing and ramping it up.

The world is falling apart. Things aren't getting better. Almost no one thinks we are going in the right direction as a nation. The "new world order" seems to be chaos. Is there anything that you have that couldn't we worth little to nothing in a day or week? 401K? Stocks or bonds? House? Money? Pension? Think about what is happening around the world and here in this country. Is it wiser to start preparing for what might happen or to keep living like nothing is happening? When did we as a culture in America stop preparing for bad times? One generation, maybe two? My Grandparents all taught me to always be prepared. Now they had seen hard times in their lives. My one Grandma at 16 was going to school,living on her own with two of her siblings in her own apartment while working to support them. Her husband, my hunting buddy and one of my best friends worked in CC camp up north in Michigan. My Dads father lived in the woods from age 12 making a good living feeding the "rich" during the bad times. He taught me how to live in the woods and what to eat and how to make things like traps. I've always loved to garden and cook. Food is a gift that a family can enjoy with some effort. I never thought that these skills would ever come to use for anything other then a supplement for our food budget and healthy foods to eat. At this point I'm glade that I wanted to learn these things from my elders. I still don't think it's the "end of days". But liberals should be. LOL. Liberals are mashing their teeth right now. Have you teased a liberal today? Ask a liberal what they think about being in three wars three years after they elected Obama? Ask a young person. They get real cranked up. And don't forget to bitch about gas prices. I tell you you will have fun with these liberal sheeples.

MEA Teachers Union Is Planning To Withhold Childrens Education With A Strike

MEA President Iris SALTERS is asking the teacher unions' 1,100 locals to vote on whether it should engage in teacher strikes to put pressure on lawmakers who are considering a proposed $470-per-pupil cut to K-12 education for Fiscal Year (FY) 2012.
Acting with the support of the MEA's 80-member Board of Directors, Salter said in a letter to its locals that teachers are "under assault in Lansing" and it must "take action accordingly." Teacher strikes are illegal in Michigan.
"Let me be clear on what this vote means," Salters wrote. "It authorizes MEA to engage in significant activities -- up to and including a work stoppage."
They are asking locals to vote between March 14 and April 14 on whether to give MEA the authority to initiative crisis activities up to and including job action.
MEA Spokesman Doug PRATT said the votes are what "we have to do internally to ratchet up efforts around the "ongoing legislative crisis."
"This is our top governance across the state saying our members are telling us that we've had enough," Pratt said.
Circulation of the letter drew harsh responses from House Education Committee Chair Paul SCOTT (R-Grand Blanc), who said he was "shocked and appalled " by statements from an "out-of-touch" MEA executive who, last week, compared public school employees to "slaves."
"This type of heavy handed, Hoffa-esque rhetoric might have worked in the 60s, but not today," he said. "Striking is illegal. Period. Why Ms. Salters is seeking authority to engage in illegal activities is concerning."
Let's take a look at what the unions are asking of their members. Union leaders want to illegally strike so that union members can loose freedom of choice on joining a union and forced union dues, they want to vote on a strike that would force the all union members to walk the picket line regardless of whether or not they believe in the strike. That doesn't sound very American to me.
The union leaders are saying that Michigan tax payers will pay one way or another. They are telling teachers that Michigan can't fire all the teachers. This may be true, but we can get ride of the bad teachers in bad schools. We could turn schools into charter schools one at a time.
How about parent suing the teachers union for withholding an education from their children? Who cares if we win or if it's even realistic, it will have an effect.
I will feel sorry for the teachers that are living on the $20 a day the union pays them to strike. It doesn't seem like a lot of money when the unions have billions. I hope those teachers banked their money. We all know conservative teachers in the union. They will be forced to strike for their pittance from the union coffers. Families will go bankrupt if the teachers unions strike. But they knew the risks of joining a union. Conservative teachers need to speak up now and try to stop an illegal strike. Tax payers are broke and businesses are dieing. We can't afford to lose the profitable business like we have in the past with taxes that take profit. A strike right now would be as bad an idea as the MEA could have.
We need to change the way we educate our children. Giving into the union demands has gotten us worse results. It's time we put the children first for a change.
For all the teachers working to stop a vote for a strike, I thank you. No one can afford a strike right now. If the unions keep going for an all or nothing they will get nothing. We also can't afford the unions demands, so it's time we the taxpayers call the shots.

I Wonder What The Left-Wing Think About Another War?

Will Code Pink and other left-wing organizations protest? Who cares what the left-wing thinks?

I pray that this no-fly zone works fast and painless. We have lost a lot of momentum in Lybia waiting for the UN to quiz themselves.

The United Nations Security Council approved a resolution Thursday evening authorizing a no-fly zone over Libya and other measures military action against Libya.

The vote was 10-0 with five abstentions, including Russia and China.
Congressional officials, speaking after a briefing for members of the Senates, aid they expected the effort to enforce a no-fly zone and ground Muammar al-Qaddafi's air force could begin within a few days.
